1.The view from our room. Would have been given a room with better view other than the Railway station. 2. The disposable shaving razor kept in the bathroom was found unwrapped allegedly an used one.

The broken lift

Prime location. Only issue was the lift wasn’t working…. It’s quite a trek up the stairs! Staff were fab!

The room has no sleepers , and when I asked, they told me that they dont provide for standard room , so I asked to pay for it even they didn't allowed. 😂 , while we stayed there more than a week with no sleepers, must bring sleepers with you ..

The bath had only a limited area which provided a grip for feet when showering.Immediately you stepped back you were on a very slippery surface.As a 76 year old I felt nervous.I suggest a mat should be available to prevent a fall.

Body wash was beside the basin/ sink ,not in the shower and not reachable during shower .idk how to use it from the shower .moisturiser was in the shower area (!?)

Can’t reserve parking online. First come first served is not helpful. Can’t see if it’s full until it’s too late to choose an alternative. Backing out onto a city centre 3 lane road was dangerous.

Location was ideal. Breakfast was excellent. But very pricey. Staff were friendly.

Staffing in restaurant in evening was not good, although food was good.

I did not like the idea of being woken up at 03.00 am by false fire alarm I feel the management should make it a point of testing fire alarm system to avoid such instances. This was my worst experience in my life.

The room was very good but I feel seniours should be given an option of a hard mattress. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect. The staff were courteous and helpful and prompt always.

Key fob problem which I was told was due to my key fob being near to my phone so had to get it reactivated twice.

Location was perfect for the Cardiff Nightlife and within easy walking distance of the train station and across the road for shops. Our room with bright, spacious with a 180 view of Cardiff from the bedroom full length windows. The bathroom was large with quality complimentary shower and shampoo products. The breakfast was fantastic and excellent value for money.

Staff requested we move from our seats in reception so they could pander to other guests who were shouting and being disrutive. £25 over night parking fee.

Great size room and bathroom. Twin beds right next to eachother, thought they'd be spaced apart more. Facilities were great, and very central location.

Room was very basic and poorly furnished,something sticky in a drawer,stains on the carpet and walls - bed was very uncomfortable and pillows very thing so not the best sleep. Lighting was poor in room. Parking under the hotel was very expensive and very very cramped.
