The fridge was dirty. There was only 1 fork and 1 spoon, yet 3 knives. Only 1 food bowl. The shower leaked from the tray onto the bathroom floor, which could cause problems for you in future. One of the shower taps kept falling off. The bedroom radiator didn't work. The tv wasn't tuned in and wouldn't tune in. There were no temperature numbers on the oven dial. The dishcloth holder on kitchen taps was dirty with mould. There was no sink plug. There was masking tape around the light rose in bedroom. There were no pillow or mattress protectors on the bed. To improve the stay it would have been nice to have a full length mirror and a mirror in the bedroom. Also, a side table and lamp at both sides of the bed and a chest of drawers. Coat hooks on entry. Also, 4 pillows on the bed instead of 2. I would also provide cleaning supplies and teatowels.

The shower facilities were excellent with regard temperature and water pressure. Toilet and shower room very clean. It was nice to be able to wash clothes in the washing machine. The towels provided were clean and smelled nice. With some minor alterations we would stay again.

Lack of essentials, noise, lots of broken items, felt a bit unsafe. No spoons, one fork, chipped mugs, flooding bathroom from shower, broken fittings, unable to open blinds so had to sit in the dark or put on lights which were glaringly bright, electric hob next to the sink, electric light switch in bathroom, non existent fire doors, very noisy with no sound insulation between rooms or floors, could hear other peoples conversations and every movement. A shame because location and building are great. Quite surprised it has been approved by building regs etc.

Where to start We had 1 spoon 1 fork 1 bowl 3 plates no cooking utensils no washing detergent no t towel no TV signal one little soap for 3 days no coffee or tea sugar cold water tap fell off on your toes in the shower Hot water system for the building was in bathroom, which made the unit extremely hot. Floors were very sticky. You could evey movements above it was like they were walking on your bed. Do yourself a great favour and do not ever book this accommodation. We will be fighting to get our money back. It's looks like it will have to go to court so be it. Nobody deserves this service by the landlord's and Booking.com. Daniel

although the bed was comfortable the fitted sheet didn't fit the mattress and it kept coming off during the night, which was a little frustrating

Location was well situated for me for my work the following day, which was one of the main reasons for booking, it was close to the train station and local shops/takeaways etc. Bathroom was great.

Dirty under the bed, I found a can of Red Bull under the bed from previous tenants. TV is very small and sloppily mounted.

For that money wifi,tv should be better, not enough cooking pans, quite old and scratched, lovley smell when someone cooking next door. Long time awaiting for invoice...

The apartment we actually received was not the one pictured and was in a completely different block several blocks away ie a completely different property and not the one pictured at all.. although the apartment we stayed was fine it is not what Is pictured.. apart from that stay was fine

More than half of the sockets did not work. After reporting it nobody came and no call back to agree when they can even check this out! What’s the point of having for example washing machine which you can’t use?! Also only 1 forks and 2 spoons..c’mon
