Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMy room service breakfast fell short of my expecations, but the receptionist waived the charge for it which was fair.
The staff in this hotel are very welcoming and always try their best to meet our needs. This is our third stay at Quebecs whch speaks volumes. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely historic features next to the Station. The rooms are well appointed and spacious.

It was so clean! The lighting in the bedroom and en suite was soft throughout, the window frames don't let drafts in or any sound. At night time, I felt very safe with the location and amount of lighting outside in the public space. I would happily stay here again, any time of year!

The Quebecs is close to the train station and convenient for Leeds city centre. It is a magnificent building architecturally with a sense of style, luxury and splendour.

United KingdomUnfortunately, although in a quiet location, there was a very low humming sound all night. Also, the room we were in was adjacent to a staff only access door where the morning staff were very chatty, very early (6am). I appreciate they need to be early for their job but please be respectful of the sleeping guests.
City centre location excellent, within walking distance of all amenities including the railway station. Good room with shower room and comfortable bed.

United KingdomWe had a great stay, the room was very nice clean and comfortable. It's in a good central location and the street is blockaded so no passing traffic at night. Breakfast was okay, the hotel bar was nicely decorated and a good cosy place to relax and talk with others. By far the most outstanding thing is the staff, welcoming and caring about good customer service. All the staff were great but Caroline is a gem! Looking forward to returning.

United KingdomMy only issues were the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, leaving the bowl full after using. Lack of hooks to hang towel / dressing gown in the bathroom.
What a fab hotel! Absolutely beautiful, stunning historic features, high ceilings and finished to an excellent standard. I was blown away with what I got for the price. I can’t remember her name but the receptionist was really warm / welcoming, with a great sense of humour.
