The room we had was small. The bed seemed smaller than a standard double. The format of the room wasn't great. The one side bed was pushed against the wall, so you could only get out of the bed on one side. Not great for two people sharing the bed.

Brilliant location Clean Staff were nice to speak to.

One side of the bed was against the wall, so we had to climb over each other to get in & out of bed.

The hotel is in a great location to explore Belfast. The breakfast room was clean & well stocked with all you'd need for a continental breakfast & you help yourself whatever you want.

Breakfast. No veggies. I don't like heavily processed bread and other pastries that are bought in plastic bags. Should be fresh from bakery.

Room normal, comfy bed. All in order.

I would have liked to have been informed that the reception closes at 9pm while I still could cancel the booking. I was told exactly after the booking could not be cancelled, despite.receiving multiple.emails from the hotel in the days before regarding celebration packages and other offers I did not care about. This was very inconvenient. Also, the fire alarm went off St 4.30 in the morning and we discovered there was no member of staff in the building at all, not even sleeping. Someone arrived a good 15 minutes later (after the fire brigade) and in the meantime we were.asked by a disembodied voice through a ring device to call the reception number so that they could.instruct someone on how to switch off the alarm. This all felt very unsafe.

Perfect location for Ulster university. Modern rooms with a nice continental breakfast served in the kitchen at the same floor. Good value for money for central Belfast.

Room was a little small with double bed jammed against wall which made it awkward for wall side person to access in/out

Location in Cathedral Qtr was very good. Simple walking access everywhere. Restaurants in St Anne Sq were v. good. Breakfast kitchen worked well.

I know it is supposed to be summer time, however I think the bed linen, blanket were a bit thin to my liking considering the crap weather in UK these days.

Location, coffee machine in the breakfast room. Bathroom and shower area.

The corridors felt more like a hostel than a hotel. I felt it was overpriced for what it was.

It was a great location, opposite the cathedral and very close to the rest of town/within walking distance of the Titanic quarter etc. Staff were lovely and friendly, rooms were very clean and breakfast was a decent selection of pastries and fruit.

Very noisy on the Saturday evening, hen party making lots of noise until 4am, no night manager controlling this which is poor and disrespectful for other guests.

    Nice location and friendly staff.

the heater in the room doesn't heat up well and it times off regularly so you need to turn it on and on again; the kitchen where breakfast is served is tiny so breakfast time can be crammed; the room we stayed faces a door so noises can be heard clearly when people come and go

in downtown so easy to get around; breakfast included was delicious and sufficient

We had a room at the front on the top floor. Ther was a lot of street noise. Plus people coming thru the area between 2-3am sounding very merry! There were sone noisy drunks in the square opposite. A room at the back of the building might have been quieter. The room was very warm. We needed the window open hence the noise was always there.

Location great for us. Easy access to the city, transport and the Cathedral Quarter pubs and eating. Breakfast simple but plentiful. Housekeeping do a great job, very clean and tidy.

The only gripe I have is that the room got very hot at night, with only a desk fan for aircon - could really do with having proper aircon fitted but I understand it's difficult to retrofit older buildings.

Great location and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The room was very poor, could not get into one side of the bed apart from climbing over, plus it was a small bed. Front bedrooms very noisy from traffic and people shouting despite windows closed through the night. Sleep very limited and disturbed!

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Excellent location within the city.

It would’ve been good to have had a small iron and board in the room.

It was a continental breakfast in a spotless kitchen on the same floor of our room. There was plenty to choose from and well stocked. The location of the hotel was perfect and within walking distance of most things.
