The breakfast was not good at all. The bread for the toast was hard as if left out a long time. The fruit juice was very strange and the muffins and pastries were also dry. There was also only 1 towel in the bathroom. A bath towel, no hand or face towels. And no cups in the bathroom although the holders were there.

Location near the station although the trains were loud until around midnight. The room was big with good sized bed.

Had to request extra pillows. Faint smell of cigarette smoke in the room - I assume from nearby rooms having balconies.

First room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned, bed linen hadn’t been changed, towels were still wet from previous occupant and bin was overflowing. Staff were helpful and I was given another room.

Very well located for my stay, easy into central London so a good choice for price if visiting as a tourist.

the room service only emptied the trash and tidied up a little bit but didn't make the bed. I'm used that the bed is made by room service staff in other hotels that I visited. And one thing that could be a problem to someone is that the toilet wasn't flushed when we got our room so there was urine visible, everything else was tidied and cleaned so I didn't request a new room but just to point it out.

The room was nice and comfy. It was clean but it could be cleaner, I'm personaly satisfied with overall experience. The staff was really kind and ready to help. The underground train stations are near so a great location, you can be in central london in like 20mins.

Small pillows, no soap or shower gel on the bathroom, I requested one to be delivered, they brought me shampoo only, no hairdresser on the bathroom .

Good price, boutique hotel, staff is great, decent size room, location is prime close to the train station 20 min away from waterloo, clean room, aircon, iron, tv (just sat channels), didnt try nor see any food or coffee, overall price for accommodation you get more than what you pay, specially in London

No breakfast included for the price I paid for one night, the bathroom flooded when having a shower the floor was then slippery and dangerous to walk on

There was a little confusion over the rooms booked, but this was quickly resolved by the staff. They wer e very good and everything got sorted.

The room was large and adequate. The bed was also a large double and comfortable.

The hotel needs to turn down the thermostat on the hot water - very hot and could lead to an accident. Easy to do, plus saves money

We needed a hotel near to a party so this was perfect, easy to get to from the train and easy to walk to the party. Very nice receptionist, comfortable room, basic but good.

The night staff were unavailable on entering the building. Had to wait outside for a little while. Then explained to the “concierge” I was going to order some food so would he be able to keep an eye out on when I come back down. I had to wait 40 minutes in reception with my food outside in the cold. I rang reception while sitting by the desk 12 times. Overall I wasn’t very happy. Money wasted on late night food when I hadn’t eaten all day. If you’re happy to wait outside for someone to eventually open the door for you, then book ahead.

Building is very dirty on the outside, poor common areas, very dirty windows and balcony, loose floor tiles on the balcony. Poor housekeeping.

Paid for a room with a balcony and the balcony was locked - room was dirty and the automatic light for the door would go of if you walked within 5 meters of it! Very annoying

There was no microwave, the mini fridge didn't keep the food cold, the balcony door wasn't open to enjoy the view and there was no key in the room to open it, there were only 2 pillows in the room, if you put 4 pillows the experience would be better.

Well cleaned, organized, good view, spacious rooms, spacious bathroom, good Wi-Fi, good and quiet location. The soap used by the hotel is very fragrant, I really liked it!

~ Someone else’s dirty bin was left in my room once I checked in. I had to call them to come and take it away. - Rooms say Balcony but then most of them do not open but the lady at reception came and opened mine. - The property says it has 24hr desk but they DO NOT. They do not answer calls during the night but someone is there on arrival but you have to call their mobile number for assistance. It says 24hr desk but you can only check in till 22:00. It is all very confusing. ~ Definitely not worth the price I paid. I was last minute. ~ Red paint stain on the carpet. ~ Most TV channels not working.

I liked how big the rooms were.
