We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt was most definitely a treat rather than a regular visit as the cost was high. Wasn’t shown how to use facilities in room so struggled with lighting and coffee maker. Fridge was stocked on arrival and took 2 requests before sorted…though was done completely to our satisfaction. Second morning of stay was Seated for breakfast and forgotten about, wasn’t offered tea/coffee with breakfast. It was busy but did really expect to receive hot drinks.
The hotel is in the perfect venue for the waterfront, arena and town centre. It’s is very impressive inside too, beautiful decor

Good sized room and clean apart from the tiled wet room floor which was not. Needs a scrub between the tiles. We also had an issue with the drain from the shower however maintenance were quickly on the case to unblock. Room service also assisted. In a great location for Arena, ACC and Liverpool 1. Staff were great, all well trained - helpful, bright and engaging, a real treat. Can recommend the breakfast, excellent, as were the staff and the room manager.

The staff, especially the bellman/concierge was very informative and went above and beyond to inform us of things to do and see. The front desk clerk was very helpful with a late check out, very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive and amazing!

Lovely modern hotel in a great location to explore the city. Staff were attentive and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and clean, as were all the other areas of the hotel. We paid a bit more but didn’t begrudge it.

The most comfortable sleep I had in a long time. Clean from top to bottom. Absolutely loved the stay. Even had a lovely little note from housekeeping. They are doing a fantastic job. I had a suite with shower and bathtub made use of both. Absolutely loved the rainshower, caps provided also. All there from bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Little treats upon arrival with a selection of coffee and tea, also lovely bathrobe. Massive bed, massive tv..Great service at breakfast and wide range of food choices. Check in and out was easy. Superb
