Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Isle of ManThe staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All the little extras that hotels used to supply like toiletries were included as standard. Even having our own iron and board in the room.

United KingdomPaid for a river view room and I would say unless you are on 7th or 8th floor you would be looking straight into the side of the arena. I was on 7th floor though so was perfect
Great location. Clean and friendly staff. Was in prime location for walking to the albert dock and into town without being too noisy. The river view room was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were more than helpful and very friendly. And well priced..

The hotel is situated straight next to the ventre of Liverpool, all musea and Beatles' spots can be easilty reached on foot. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Parking in the hearby parking garage is convenient

United KingdomBreakfast was a little bit of a disappointment because when we got there after 9am there was no butter left, no bran flakes and hardly any fruit or bread and nobody seemed to be keeping an eye and ensuring everything was topped up. We had to find someone to get us tea and refill the butter and it just wasn’t quite up to the same standard as the rest of our stay.
Hotel was lovely, modern and well situated. We had a king deluxe and it had superb views over the Mersey. I ordered a balloon, Prosecco and chef’s sweet treats which were a great surprise for my partner and added a lovely element to the overnight stay. Front of house staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy and big with memory foam pillows.

United KingdomVery small point was that we couldn’t buy any snacks like biscuits( not provided in room) or crisps from the bar .
We arrived early to drop our cases but our room was ready which was fantastic as I was travelling with my elderly mom and it allowed her a little rest. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and made a change for the food to be hot and freshly cooked- not like some hotels where it is luke warm.

We loved the location, quiet but lovely walk to all you need. On checking in we received an upgrade which was amazing as we travel a lot and it's only ever happened once before. The room was amazing, the bed and pillows were lovely to sleep on, it was spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel but was a lovely smell wafting through as you passed! We come to Liverpool quite often so will definitely stay again.

(however, i do appreciate that it was my choice to pay & stay)...tea & coffee facilities in the room but not even a biscuit...I know it's only a small thing, but I have stayed in many hotels around the world and given that The Pullman brands itself in the luxury end of the market, complimentary biscuits are a given usually....
Great location on the Docks...we had a double room with river view on the 7th floor which provided a fantastic view over the city and river....comfortable room but very over priced....we stayed as I was taking my daughter to the Taylor Swift concert...the price of the room was ridiculous for 1 night but everywhere had inflated their prices during that weekend so it wasn't just The Pullman....the staff were friendly and helpful...would stay again for the location but the price would have to be A LOT more reasonable!..oh and EXCELLENT pizzas that we ordered via room service when we got back late, tired & hungry!
