Only thing I’d say is a few cosmetic things could do with an update mainly switches and plug sockets all scratched and tatty looking and the sealant in the bathroom etc could do with a spruce up but it was minor so not an issue.

Location for the theatre was perfect it’s on the same road there is also an Indian restaurant we went to on the same road (UNL) that was also exceptional, the staff were amazing really friendly typical scouser personality bubbly and welcoming would happily book again.

The few issues I had were - the shower was slightly awful. By which I mean, the flow was weak, the temp was off, such a shame - showers are normally one of the best things about going away. This impacted most of my mornings, which were a bit early and tricky, so this would really have made things better. Hope you can improve this ? Also, the bed - this was alright, but my sheets needed changing, it wasn’t ‘that’ comfortable - again, even at Travelodge, one of the best things I normally enjoy about going away is a nice bed ! - and I felt this could have been better. I also would have ideally liked a fridge to store some drinks - this Isn’t so bad tho.

Nothing - room was compact but expected to be.

The double bed had a headboard that went round three sides and was extremely comfortable. I was delighted to be able to access IPlayer through the room TV. Room also had a kettle and a hair dryer Good shower and long bathroom

Mattress for one of the beds was completely collapsed in middle. Made for an extremely uncomfortable sleep - if that’s what you can call it. Mattresses were also on top of wooden boards. Rather than slats.

Ease of location and a 24hour car park just one street away was so handy. Easy to find hotel. Friendly staff. Nice sized bathroom and room. With plenty of space to put away bags.

Too expensive! Because of football mach?? It was not my perpose. But unbelievably expensive.. Though there is the public bus stop in front of hotel, public bus didint come. Then we asked taxi...It cost us more expensive than expected. Do not trust English bus system.

Thought it was ideal booked last minute while out in Liverpool city centre. -Close to train station -beds are comfy -staff were very welcoming

The card to get into the room kept logging us out so we had to take a number of stairs each night to tell the staff who then sorted it out but it happened everynight. Our beds didn’t get changed or made once. We didn’t have no fresh towels at all

The room was cold the first day. The beds were sunken in. Some of the appliances did not work (thermostat, toilet door lock, the room key got reset)

We got the reservation the same night because our previous hotel reservation suddenly got cancelled. The location is fantastic and could not be better.

Step in room right after stepping through the door was hazardous. A biscuit with the tea making would be nice.
