It would be good to have the check-in instructions at least 24 hours before arrival so guests do not have the stress of travelling to a property not knowing whether they will get in. Ours weren't sent at all, although we were told they would be sent on the morning of check-in and we had to phone to get them at the last minute. The problem was quickly sorted out and the flat was fine after that. It would also be good to know that the numbered parking is not adhered to by the other residents - the flat's space was taken and we had to take another, not knowing whether this would cause problems with residents of other flats (it didn't).

This is a spacious, comfortable flat with good facilities and decent kitchen equipment. The beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well and once it was clear that we hadn't been sent check-in instructions, the host was quick to sort out the situation. Having on-site locked parking was a plus. The flat is a few minutes walk away from some good, cheap independent restaurants (although some are a bit tricky to find) and almost next to a small supermarket.

location great, comfortable apartment, little extras like coffee, tea, bin sacks etc. clean, spacious and great to have 2 bathrooms!

1. Apartmaent can get warm during hot days so fans will be handy. 2. Extra chair is needed for the dining table as it is supposed to be for 5 guests and only 4 chairs are available. 3. Hot water regulater in the en-suite shower plays sometimes and doesn't produce a stable warm water. Needs resolving.

1. Secured Locked car park with a remote gate that works on dailing a mobile number! 2. There will be a minimum of 5 empty spaces to park your car inside the secured car park. 3. Appliances are superb and more than expectaion. Big fredge, freezer, washing machine, iron, iron board....etc 4. Everything was provided. Even there was Surfe powder to wash your clothes. 4. Quite place.

clean and spacious apartment . Comfy beds. Plenty of tea, coffee and water bottles. Requested an hour extra for the check-out and kindly allowed that.

Found a dirty dinning plate on top of wardrobe in master bedroom. Some cutlery needed cleaning as had food residue on it. One knife in knife block badly stained, unable to get clean. Didn't like that some window had paper type coverage so poor natural light in rooms. Chewing gum on communal stairs, second from top times 2 pieces. Apartment and communal areas in need of decorating. Uncomfortable sofa if using for anything more than 30 mins. Night noise from a blue sports car reving engine. Parking space for Apartment not always available as other cars using. Details on booking stated staff would great and take a security deposit, didn't have any face to face contact with anyone.

Holes in wall and doors. Dirty walls and kitchen items, inadequate shelving in bathrooms,tiny towels, no towel rails , uncomfortable beds, no bedside tables, it was security gated as advertised. A poor excuse for accommodation

Neighborhood. Poor quality workmanship throughout. Nowhere for doing hair and makeup. Sofa only comfortable for 2 (therefore OK for us). Annoying motion sensors. Lack of sound insulation and heard lots of noise from other people. Other peoples waste water easily heard in our apartment (4) and conversations. Bath towels too small.

No breakfast. Not the best neighborhood.

Ground floor apartment meant other residents were walking past windows - so didn’t feel secure initially. But all pleasant. One downside was that being ground floor meant windows had to be kept closed for security so rooms could get stuffy/airless and the bedrooms smelt a bit stale

Spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The beds were super comfy and the showers were great. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so helpful to have a designated car parking space right outside the door, especially when arriving in an unfamiliar neighbourhood.

The bedding and bathrooms were clean however there was a lingering smell which we could not get rid of. It could do with a deep clean.

Property was spacious and two bathrooms were very handy with children. After a little confusion with dates Jas was extremely accommodating and sorted it for us 😁
