To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only issue I had was the pillows. They were soft but too soft so I ended up with a sore neck after my stay due to very little support while sleeping.
The location is perfect, close enough to see all the sites of Central London but not too close that you're amongst the hustlr and bustle. A beautiful, clean, safe and perfect location in the heart of Bloomsbury.

Great location easy walking distance to Oxford street, tube station close by and shops and restaurants all around, park across the road was nice. On site bar was lovely and staff very welcoming and friendly. We utilised there luggage storage when arriving and departing which was great. Definitely stay again.

We took a risk as not travelling at the height of summer and coped ok by keeping the windows permanently open which is then a bit of an issue with the noise. Didn't spoil our trip as we just use our room as a base to explore from.

United KingdomThe room was incredibly hot. It wasn't even during a heat wave but it felt like the radiators were on when they weren't and even with all the windows open, and they barely opened, it was way too hot. The fan provided was a normal UK plug but all the sockets have been changed to USB so couldn't be used and there was no Air Con in the room.
Hotel was well situated between all the parties i wanted to go to. It was really handy that there was a 24 hour store in the lobby to grab drinks from after a night out. Staff were professional and helpful at all times. It was handy that you can leave bags in the hotel after check-out if you wanted to go out for the day and come back later.

United KingdomThis Hotel does not accept cash and are wholly unapologetic about it. This was something that really annoyed me as I had cash to settle the bill. Also check out is at 11 but around 10 I had housekeeping knocking on the door to check if I was there. Being as I was just waking up and had nothing on this was a little disturbing and spoiled my relaxing morning.
The room was clean and comfortable and fairly spacious. The hotel is also in a fantastic location which was ideal for my needs but also as someone visiting London as a tourist. It's close to the tube station but everything is very walkable. Also it's proximity to the British Museum is fantastic.
