Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLack of cleanliness and attention to detail. There were some dried whitish substances on the chair and on the side of the bed. It helps that both the chair and cloth on side of bed are brown,you notice it right away as you enter the room. It was disgusting that noone bothered to check room cleanliness before checking in. There were no towels or shower mat,had to request for some. The pillows were way too flat and the pillowcases didn't cover the whole pillow No fan or AC in room,requested for fan but none was on offer,made sleep very uncomfortable as it was quite hot.

United KingdomIt hasn't been done up from its previous use as a care home on the outside. It looks run down and dirty, not very inviting at all, and that will put people off. There was someone sleeping in their car in the car park all night. The reception area was dirty looking and didn't smell that nice, so that puts you off as soon as you walk in.
On arrival, it still looked like a rundown care home. Which was it previous use, the old sign is still visible and lights up at night.They let us park there till our room was ready, and they didn't take a name, so we could have been anyone. We were undecided as whether to stop or not, but said we would wait to see what the room was like,once in the room we were quite surprised that the room was very clean, the on suit was clean and could smell it had been cleaned. when we originally booked, we thought we had booked the premiere Inn, not hotel, but for one night it was OK so we stayed. The staff were very friendly, though. Unfortunately, not somewhere I would stay again, though .

United KingdomThe hygiene could of been better. Mould on shower window falling into base whilst showering, dead wasps on window. Pillows were stained yellow !! Mattress springs were felt!! better cleaners needed!!! the noise from others arguing and shouting all night made it impossible for us to get a good nights sleep. The pigeons in the room were not part of the offer lol.... I cleaned the poop myself!!!! The hotel would have a much better rating with correct amendments.

United KingdomA broken chair in the bathroom that leaked brown water all over the floor broken towel rail and only one cup and towel provided for a double room private function till 1am in the morning playing loud music also guests from the private function arguing outside our room in the car park we were not informed of and fire alarms going off because of guests smoking and there was no communication from staff with regards to anything that was happening in the hotel

United KingdomStaff were ok. But not talkative. The room was in need of some decoration, and a very good clean. Dust on table etc, bathroon had some mould. No batteries in the tv remote. No plug anywhere near the kettle had to use one on other side of the room. Booking was for 2 people only gave us 1 towel. Cheap toilet roll. We where there for 2 nights and the tea/coffee was not refilled. But Then only the morning of us leaving with a book out time of 10am, we where woken by a member of staff unlocking our door and entering the room, to say i was horrified is an understatement, i couldnt and didnt want to speak to them when i left, i just walked out. Even a cheap hotel has standards, will not be staying there again.
