Rooms clean and tidy could of done with a bedside table on both sides of the bed and a hand towel in the bathroom.Wallpaper outdated needs.picture to brighten the room up a bit .But bed comfy and room well stocked and clean

Stayed in the double bed room for one night. The room was clean overall with decent space and furnishings. The toilet and shower were in good condition. Meeting staff member Andrew for check-in was a pleasure. He was clear with instructions and terms, as well as being very friendly and happy to provide local insights.

A good location in Portsmouth, close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Quirky decoration.

Paid £15 a day to park and it was only £13 to park right outside roadside. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but still managed 2 nights sleep without any issues.

Easy to find and only a 10 minute walk to Gunwarf Quay in one direction, and the same to southsea sea front in the other. A walk into town for bars and clubs was not far either. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If I have to be picky there is a lack of plug points, think ahead bring a extention lead you dumb ass it's a budget hotel

15cmin walk from just about everything, staff were very friendly. It's a budget hotel. We wanted cheap and cheerful. Big tick. Comfy bed tick, clean bed and room tick. That's us happy . Want more pay lots more. We slept there very well , no noise . Ticked every box simples .

Rickety furniture, we were worried drawers would break. Some areas needed a deeper cleaning. Stuffy room, fan had a broken dial so kept switching off. Windows had to remain shut when we weren't in because of location. One room had an outside facing, out of use door, nailed shut and a bed pushed against it, didn't feel very secure.

In Room-22, the bathroom shower needs to be fix it, only hot water comes no cold water in the shower.

Property was awesome, was near the city mall. And the staff was great and very helpful, you can also keep your luggage and it was expected one as am also managing hotel someone.

We unfortunately stayed on (probably) one of the hottest days in Portsmouth, which made the room a sweat box! The room really struggled to cool down. We did have a fan which only circulated the hot air around - maybe some better fans or the ability to open the window a little wider would be a great shout!

Bit more out of the way of the city centre, so very quiet. The staff/receptionist was so lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us! Decent sized room for 1 night stay. Facilities were clean and well kept. The shower had great water pressure and beds were comfortable. Recommend!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good - within walking distance of the Quay. and quiet. Close to good restaurant and cafe. Our room and bathroom were very warm, but the weekend was exceptionally hot. A fan was provided in the room.
