Deliveries to lidl at night and early in the morning were very noisy ( bring ear plugs!) The oven wasn't the safest. Previous damage to units either side,with them becoming very hot on using the oven. The door was also spring loaded, so bounced back when trying to take food out. Double bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the teenagers slept like bricks!

Location was excellent. Lidl directly opposite for shopping and easy to walk into town. 20mins to Alton towers Coffee machine a big bonus. Enclosed garden for the dog was also great. House was well equipped and well stocked.

Excellent place to stay. The house was so clean and comfortable. Really easy keypad to get in. Excellent well equipped kitchen and great location.

Parking out front was a bit tricky as there were other cars parked in the allocated space for the terrace all weekend, but we managed to park nearby on the street

The key pad entry system was hard to see the numbers when the sun shines on the pad , the pillows was bit hard to lay on . The settee was quite low and a bit uncomfortable after a while

The property was lovely and clean and tidy and had a lovely feel about , it had everything you could wish and the kitchen was fully stocked etc

Smell of air freshener rather over powering. Would have like some hooks to hang towels. The initial booking form was a bit of a pain.

Someone took our allocated car parking space for the last 2 days so we were unable to park right outside. We did manage to find one space down the road though. No hooks on the doors to hang up towels No hooks to hang up coats It did have a washing airer though which was handy so my daughter's were able to at least use that!

The property inside was lovely and it had a fantastic little garden. The location was great. We were able to walk into town, has Lidl just opposite, was one only a 10 minute drive to the roaches and Rudyard lake, both places well worth visiting, and only 20 minutes from Alton towers.

There was no iron board cover but we just used one of the large spare towels.

It was in a good location, close to shops and local amenities. The garden was great to be able to be outside. The house itself was clean, loads of extra items if required and very good condition (we would like an iron board cover ). Overall, I would come again.

Generally very good indeed but... Fridge smelled of garlic and had a broken milk shelf. Downstairs toilet handle needs attention - it sticks.

Leek is lovely. House very comfortable. Loved the conservatory. Had Netflix which meant we had lots of TV choice. Good WiFi. Has parking.

One member of the family thought the bed in the double room was not very comfortable whilst all the others slept well. I also didn’t like how the cleaners made assumptions that there were more people staying at the property than booked. I live in Leek, and my family came to visit and celebrate my son’s birthday at my house. I have a large family and my house cannot accommodate all my family members therefore, I booked extra accommodation for this reason. As my mother is partly disabled she takes a lot longer to get ready and needs help getting dressed. I arrived at the property with my 2 children at 9am to help my mother dress and help tidy up/washing and putting the dishes away before they were to leave the property at 10am. The cleaners clearly arrived after me arriving and saw more people leaving the property and made assumptions that too many people were staying there. Also, sitting outside the property for more than 30minutes before our allocated time, watching and waiting for us to leave, just added unnecessary pressure on us all, particularly my mum. However, when the host called me about it, he was very understanding and remembered my situation and me booking for my family.
