Wasn't sure of the actual area the house was situated in, but was only there for one night, so difficult to judge.

We liked the inside of the house, it was very clean and everything was in good condition. It was great value for money and not too far away from the centre of the city.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were two families with two young children and it worked well for us. The kitchen was well equipped and was able to make breakfast for us all in the morning. The neighbourhood was quiet and we all had a great night sleep. Highly recommend and will return when I visit Liverpool again. Thank you Beth for a great stay. You went approve and beyond with our stay.

The property is being renovated, presents as a modern decor and has the convenience of a kitchen. (The addition of dishes suitable for cooking a meal in the microwave would be helpful though). We had access to the whole house even though there was only 2 of us. (access to local TV channels apart from Netflix and Youtube would be a nice addition as well).

It was a very nice place and very clean. The house was perfect for us. The only thing we didn't like that much was the area. It was hard to fall sleep because of the noise on the street. But apart from that the house met our expectations.

This place was great value for money and comfortable. It was close to the city centre and Liverpool stadium. We had a concert in the m and S bank arena and it was only 20 minutes from there and nice to come back to a house that was in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location around the house is 'run down' and could be a bit daunting for some. Saying that, we found local shops for the necessities and people were generally friendly.

Great space in the house. It was very clean with warm water and heating. Comfortable beds in all three rooms. Quiet location and rooms were very dark for a good night's sleep. Close to Anfield Stadium. On street parking outside the house was a real plus and Uber arrived within minutes for a 15 minute trip into the city.

The courtyard at the back is very small. It wasn't a problem for us as only have small dogs, but just letting anyone who stays there with a big dog,

The area for some might seem rough, but it's really a good place to stay, we loved it, as did my dog who enjoyed his walks, seeing real Liverpool and its people, with everyone friendly and chatty, The house itself is beautiful and spotless, with everything you will need, loved the sunken bath, we slept like logs in the beds, really comfy, It's also close for Liverpool either by car or bus, Lots of shops and takeaways close by, Honestly, for value for money, this takes some beating, and being pet friendly is a real bonus!!! Would love to stay there again 😀

Everything was perfect. No negatives.

Absolutely amazing house! Such a good size, had all the facilities, incredibly cosy, clean and comfortable. Needed later check out (12pm) and was accommodated with ease! Nothing bad to say, everything was perfect. Unbelievably good price too. Property had outside street parking too!

The decor, very homely and comfortable. Little touches that you wouldn’t think to bring were provided. The heating system works amazingly and the bath is lovely. All messages were responded to straight away and efficiently.

No can opener in kitchen. There was no hot water coming from the bath tap, all other taps, and shower worked fine. The bedside lamp shade was not attached to the base and kept falling off at the slightest touch.

Great value, especially for such a large accommodation. Spacious and nicely styled throughout with neutral, tasteful decor. The kitchen was a good size with modern, easy to use appliances. Great sink! The bed we used was comfortable, and the others looked it too. We slept well. With the window closed and the blinds drawn, the room was very quiet and pitch black. The bathroom was a good size, nice and bright. The sunken bath was an interesting feature that we got pretty excited about. Good shower pressure. The entire property was modern, clean, and well presented.
