The bed was very low to the floor and duvet a rather high tog.

Nice bright accommodation, a big plus was the parking. Also milk in the fridge, biscuits, tea, coffee and cereal-great.

To be honest there was nothing to dislike, the only problem I had was trying to get the TV to work but me and technology don't mix

Very quiet location, apart from the usual seagulls, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. A hidden gem and one that we hope to return to as we both like Hastings and the surrounding area.

We had the best time and the place is stunning!! It’s set in an eccentric palace with a private entrance and a little private porch, we didn’t expect it to be so boujie! There was fancy tea, biscuits and milk and nice smelling hand soap I enjoyed the retro vibes and got to sleep next to David hasslehoff And George and Pippa are really cool and such amazing hosts, they were on hand when you needed them to give you top local tips, they have the cutest pets as well!

We couldn't find any cutlery in the room but I'm sure if we had asked the hosts they would have supplied some.

The decor was fab! We also met one of the hosts who was very friendly and gave us some good tips for places to eat out in etc.

The only thing to improve was the shower room, basically it makes the whole bathroom floor wet. However this is not a deal breaker and definitely would stay again!

Towels smelled very bad. Also the room smelled very bad when we arrived so had to air it out well. The shower floods the toilet when use: as it is a waterfall in the corner of the bathroom with no borders to contain the water. Otherwise a lovely little apartment with thoughtful decor. Would stay again but would bring my own towels. Very well located and good view of the beach. Thanks for the complimentary drinks and cookies!

Nothing to not like, it was perfect. There have been comments about the tight parking space but the space itself isn't tight it is the approach roads which are narrow (as you'd expect in the heart of an Old Town) to be honest it is reasonably ok to get in but getting out is mainly by reversing along those said narrow roads but none of it was too tricky and it was a real treat to be able to park on site in the middle of town.

It was a joy to be there. Beautifully presented, fun accommodation in the heart of the Old Town of Hastings. We loved everything about it. Great tea/coffee making facilities and some snacks (cereal and biscuits). Wish we'd been able to stay longer, we'll definitely be going back. The bed was really comfy with cosy duvet and plenty of pillows/cushions. Great walk in shower/wet room. The cutest fridge with some fresh milk was a delightful touch.

Curtains were very loose and let all light in, room was a bit tired in places, impossible to wash face in basin due to tap location. Bathroom is a wet room and the floor takes a long time to dry meaning we had to put shoes on to use the loo.
