Some of the staff was quite the opposite of the other and seemed quite distant if not slightly irritated. It's a bit sad there was such a difference of how we were approached depending on who we spoke to, at least there was good staff as well as mentioned below.

Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful and helped us both with our miss of not booking breakfast and helped us get a cab that took us to the airport later when we left as well. Great options for the breakfast menu, not too crowded either and we had at least 3-4 different vegan options, including a croissant and different sausages. The cost VS the location is really what has brought me back here. It's hard to find something this good for this money, but this hotel hits just that spot.

Modern decor. Close to St. Pancras station. Comfortable bed. Nice reception/lounge area with friendly staff. A great place for a stopover e.g. to the Eurostar. Room was small, but for a one nighter it wasn't really an issue.

Room was small with a very narrow gap between the bed and the wall. We are of an age that clambering over the bed is far from ideal.

We had a room in the basement which had no windows so no natural light. The room is very small but that was expected from previous reviews.

Good location, an easy walk up St Pancras. The lift was very good with heavy bags. Easy check in and check out.

Rooms and bathrooms are pretty small.

The only downside was the bar. It was a lovely place to sit and chill but only offered a selection of canned drinks - a fairly wide selection but it would have been nice to have a more conventional offering ie a draught beer etc. Also outside of breakfast there was a charge for tea/coffee which was disappointing as there was no kettle in the room to make your own.

This hotel was great value for money - the room but compact but functional and clean. It had all the amenities required and worked well. Breakfast was also very good - whilst not a large selection, there were various options (cereal, fruit, yoghurts and pastries) all individually portioned which meant you could make quick choices. The small hot selection was fresh and tasty too. Overall a great way to keep a busy breakfast moving and the staff were great at keeping the buffet replenished and clearly tables quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again if travelling for work.

Multiple messages that were hard to verify as not scams about pre arrival check in which once cleared and followed didn't seem to have fully worked.

Good lobby area, well thought out and plentiful breakfast. Helpful staff. rooms were clean and in good order.

I booked a room with a window, but you couldn’t open it. Even with an air conditioner, it was quite stuffy.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also very good. If I needed to stay near Kings Cross/St. Pancras again, I would book this hotel.

The room was small and very basic with no tea/coffee facility.

Great location, nice modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Rashid we had a chat with. The breakfast was very nice and we also enjoyed having a conversation with an American couple while having breakfast.
