Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SwedenSome of the staff was quite the opposite of the other and seemed quite distant if not slightly irritated. It's a bit sad there was such a difference of how we were approached depending on who we spoke to, at least there was good staff as well as mentioned below.
Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful and helped us both with our miss of not booking breakfast and helped us get a cab that took us to the airport later when we left as well. Great options for the breakfast menu, not too crowded either and we had at least 3-4 different vegan options, including a croissant and different sausages. The cost VS the location is really what has brought me back here. It's hard to find something this good for this money, but this hotel hits just that spot.

It was a lovely place to sit and chill but only offered a selection of canned drinks - a fairly wide selection but it would have been nice to have a more conventional offering ie a draught beer etc. Also outside of breakfast there was a charge for tea/coffee which was disappointing as there was no kettle in the room to make your own.
This hotel was great value for money - the room but compact but functional and clean. It had all the amenities required and worked well. Breakfast was also very good - whilst not a large selection, there were various options (cereal, fruit, yoghurts and pastries) all individually portioned which meant you could make quick choices. The small hot selection was fresh and tasty too. Overall a great way to keep a busy breakfast moving and the staff were great at keeping the buffet replenished and clearly tables quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again if travelling for work.
