To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is lovely, clean, modern, and well located for my onward journey from London Euston. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good and all good quality products. The room for me alone was sufficient but for 2 people it would have been very cramped. They only clean the rooms and change towels after a three night stay which I found to be a super idea. It is very close to Kings Cross station so a perfect starting point for all events and easy to get to the international trains we we were using. All in all I was very happy

Bathroom: only 2 towels for 3 days, mold in the shower. Even though we don't spend a lot of time in the hotel/room, the times you do, you do want some rest..

Good breakfast, rooms are small but very clean, enough room for storage. Bed very comfortable. Biggest plus is the location - only a 5-10min walk from Kings Cross/St. Pancras with all public transport options imaginable.

Aftera very long rail trip from Barcelona, arriving late at night, the check-in was very smooth and efficiently handled. The location was ideal for St Pancras station. the room, although quite small was very clean and extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked me a taxi on my smooth check-out.

United KingdomWhilst i knew there would be no windows in the room, I didn't realise just how small the room would be. We couldn't even open our suitcase in the room as there wasn't enough room. I think it would be more suited to a solo traveller.
Great location, quick and easy to get to St.Pancras for an early morning Eurostar. Modern and clean lobby and bar area. They also have a left luggage service which is great but this service is payable.

SwedenSome of the staff was quite the opposite of the other and seemed quite distant if not slightly irritated. It's a bit sad there was such a difference of how we were approached depending on who we spoke to, at least there was good staff as well as mentioned below.
Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful and helped us both with our miss of not booking breakfast and helped us get a cab that took us to the airport later when we left as well. Great options for the breakfast menu, not too crowded either and we had at least 3-4 different vegan options, including a croissant and different sausages. The cost VS the location is really what has brought me back here. It's hard to find something this good for this money, but this hotel hits just that spot.
