Breakfast - loved it! Cooked and served by owners. You put in your order the night before and reserve a time for breakfast. While you wait for it to be served, you have coffee, tea, juice, fruit, cereal, yogurt options. Our room was big enough to accommodate two adults and two full sized teens. Grounds are beautiful! Owners super friendly!

We had a great 4 day stay,loved everything about Polmaily House,from room,facilities,breakfast,surroundings and tranquil location. Both hosts were very attentive,and always had a good welcome at breakfast time,we shared some stories and had a good few laughs.

This is not a criticism but you will need a car to get to the property and enjoy the area.

The hosts went way above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic holiday with them. The morning breakfasts were delicious, the pool and grounds were lovely to return to in the evenings, and the nearby town was charming. The beds were also super comfortable and it was perfect for a few days getaway.

Truthfully nothing. It is a little out of the village so going anywhere requires a car. The swimming pool needs to be booked (which is nothing new these days) but is also charged separately although the delight was having it to ourselves for the period. It was great fun!

Pretty much everything. Chris and Debs are a delightful couple who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I was there with my daughter (8). We had a lovely time. Our room was perfect. Breakfast fantastic and filling. The facilities like trampoline, tennis, table tennis etc perfect for children of all ages. The swimming pool we loved. There is a slight oddity about it which is covered later but it was worth it. I can imagine taking over the whole hotel with family or friends.

There were 18 family members celebrating my 80th birthday and we had sole use of the hotel and all its facitites. It was fantastic and the occasion was greatly enjoyed by all from the 6 year old to the 80 year old. We occupied 10 rooms which were all ensuite and all were very comfortable.

Perfect location location for our visit to Loch Ness .Immaculately kept property hidden away from the road . It’s obvious Chris & Deb work extremely hard keeping this property looking amazing inside & out . The interior is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing . Tastefully furnished & decorated . We loved our stay here especially after a warm welcome after a long journey with tea ,coffee and pancakes after being shown to our rooms . We used the lovely swimming pool & tennis courts . Was the perfect place to chill out . Breakfast was lovely & plentiful. Overall we had an amazing time here . Thank you Chris & Deb 🥇👏😊

Struggling to think of anything negative.. the sat nav wanted to take me past entrance so make sure you look out for the sign or else you'll end up driving past it 😁

Rooms were great. Children had their own room next to our double room so had their own space (and xbox which is set up in the room). Chris & Deb advised us we were able to book & use the pool (exclusively) & because we were the last guests in the evening , we could use it aslong as we liked which was a very nice gesture. The scenery around the property is excellent & there are plenty of games (tennis, basketball, football etc) to keep the children occupied. We arranged our breakfast & serving time the night before & again it was excellent.

The B&B is run by fantastic family, it is excellent, beautiful, rooms are extremely big and comfortable with decent size bathroom, breakfasts amazing- that includes delicious waffles and home made pancakes. On the spot there is a trout pond, swimming pool. You can do barbecue, you can play piano, ping-pong, pool, darts.. just Lovely!!! and near Loch Ness. Dreamed about having a rest like that!! Thank you.

The hotel was incredible. Beautifully appointed and amazing facilities, such as the pool and cinema room. Chris was so helpful and the little extra touches like pancakes on arrival are just one of the many things that made our stay here so special. Would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here.

Matress had a bit of roll and wasn't the most comfortable.

The hosts were really friendly and went out of their way for us, even providing us with a travelling breakfast on the last day as we had an early ferry to catch. Games facilities / swimming pool were great too.

The owners were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to check that we had everything that we needed. It really was an extremely friendly, relaxed atmosphere where we were made to feel like guests in the owners' home. My son, was particularly impressed with all the space to roam around outside, to kick a football, swim in the pool and play basketball and tennis. This stay, made our trip. Fantastic breakfasts too.

This was a great place to explore the Highlands. The hotel is very clean and nice. It has many great facilities for a family holiday. Pool table. Table Tennis Cinema etc. The swimming pool was a great hit with the boys. Chris is a fantastic friendly host and nothing is too much trouble. As stated many times the breakfasts are superb with lots of choice and the kids loved chocolate pancakes for a healthy breakfast
