We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough breakfast was nice, I think for £15pp a grater menu choice should be offered. For example: poached/fried/scrambled egg. We were just asked if we wanted full English. The fruit choice was varied, but there were no pastries. Also, the dining area was a little too warm.
The lady on reception was extremely welcoming. Upon arrival, she informed us that we had been upgraded to a super king room. It was a great size, good shower, and cosy bed. Coffee, biscuits, and water supplied. Plus, bath robes and super nice towels.

We had read a few reviews on Bookings.com and decided it would be fine for one night. Well we need not have worried everything was fine. The hotel had a fresh feel to it and the lady on reception was great. Our room was at near the front of the hotel overlooking the brewery. No real noise from the traffic due to the double glazed windows.

IrelandThe price, but unavoidable given the weekend. Not enough plugs in the bedroom and the room was a little small. There was no lamp on one side of the bed.
We stayed here for the grand prix weekend in July so was very overpriced but everywhere unfortunately was. The staff were very nice, the place was clean and we had dinner on one evening which was tasty.

United KingdomI was on the third floor and that was difficult because of my mobility issues, however the staff did help me when I needed it.
The breakfast was cooked to order and was really tasty and good value for money. The hotel staff were absolutely delightful and very helpful. I have a mobility disability and the stairs were quite difficult, but they helped me with my suitcase and made me feel really supported. I did not have an accessible room, however the room I had was fine for my level of requirement, including the shower and toilet facilities. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to people travelling to Northampton. It is situated not far from the town centre and there are several bars and restaurants nearby.

United KingdomThe TV was too small for a family room, water provided but not much for a family. The bed for 2 was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable, I think 100 for the night is a more fair price considering facilities. The cooked breakfast for 10 pounds was bad value for money, I received 1 sausage, two pieces of bacon barely cooked eggs and beans. It looked very small on the plate, considering you could walk to town and buy a huge fry up for that price it seemed very tight in terms of portion size.
The room was clean, location was good and Maria and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Maria on front desk who was very welcoming and made me and my children feel at home. Free toast and cereal for the kids.
