Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

Czech RepublicThe double bed was bit too small for two people but still managed to get a good sleep. In the middle of the first night we were woken up by water dripping from the ceiling on the fridge. Seems to be lasting problem from the look of the fridge and the ceiling.
We chose this accomodation mainly because of its location which was very good (walking distance from Hammersmith station). We were happy we could check in late without any problems.

The hotel is not far from tube stations and places to eat. The host was nice.

LatviaI would like the beds be a bit wider. For sleeping with someone you like to spoon with or a small child it is enough, but i slept with my teenager and it was a bit annoying. Thou my mom and her sister who shared the other bed didnt complain at all.
For the price room was much better than we expected. Shower was good, room clean. It even had netflix ;) and wifi worked great.

SingaporeRooms are too small, way smaller than what it appeared on the pictures. 4 people in a family room is too squeezy and we can't move about the room. Beds were too soft.
Location is pretty good with laundry shop and afew restaurants nearby, walking distance of about 13mins to the tube stations. Well priced for the location and value. Washroom is updated.

An okay budget hotel, you get what you pay for. Room was clean, and it provided beds, a mini fridge, a fan, a shower. All the bare necessities. About a 10 min walk from the tube. Corner market store across the street.
