Ash greeted us on arrival, very friendly host. Rooms were great although the ensuite was a little small, the room was comfortable. Definitely value for money. We had an evening meal & also the breakfast both of which were excellent.

Private parties in swimming pool and restaurant so unable to use, didn't realise the bar, restaurant and pool were open to public as well as guests. Rude lady serving breakfast. Bathroom so small had to walk in backwards as no room to turn around!

The small double is pretty small but perfectly adequate but the bathroom is tiny/cupboard size. Wasn’t really a problem for us though

Perfect location for Newquay and particularly for Boardmasters. Great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and nice breakfast.

Traditional family lodge with more than what's required for a stay. I read negative reviews on TripAdvisor about damp that were nonexistent. It's a nice clean place & would happily stay again. We booked for boradmasters festival the location is central between the town & watergate bay. The breakfast selection & food is nice, the staff are lovely and welcoming it has a good atmosphere & they care. We Loved Pine Lodge. You wouldn't be disappointed if you book.

FULL of drunk and rowdy late teenagers when we arrived after a 4.5 hour drive on Sat. Host assured us they weren’t staying at the property (phew). I hadn’t expected it to be a hang out place (Pool and bar), but Boardmasters was on, so everywhere was busy. Host offered us a continental breakfast to take away, as we were leaving early (pre breakfast) but either they forgot, or someone else took. Lovely offer though. Recommend this place.

There was no shampoo or shower gel, just hand soap which I used to shower.

I had brought my daughter and friends to Boardmasters and I was looking for a bed for the night. The lodge was perfect. Bed comfy. I didn’t stay for breakfast as I needed to be away early in the morning. Location great near to Porth beach but also a lovely walk to Newquay.

Most of the time music from the pool area or bar, but it was quiet after 10 pm. Very small bathroom. The room felt a bit humid.

Quite location away of the town centre. Heated pool, which was plus. Free car park. Healthy breakfast and reasonably priced.

The hotel didn't say on there advertising that the pool was closed for one of the days. I only booked this hotel for the pool so I was really disappointed that the first day I could not use the it. I would of booked somewhere else if i would have known.

Room was very hot. The windows were shut when I arrived and as they overlook the back garden I think it would have been ok to leave open. A fan would have been really helpful in the heat.

Really nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Far enough out of the town centre to not hear any noise but close enough to walk there and back. Nice little bar. Was a lovely swimming pool in the garden but I did not use it.

Unfortunately, the room we were in smelt very damp, which did spoil our stay a little.

Having a pool was a real bonus and it was good to be able to sit outside to eat in the evening too.

Couldn't get in pool as commandeered by couple of families and several children ,,( learnt from locals that non residents are able to use at weekends ) Bathroom was similar size to aeroplane toilet. Sat on toilet and face nearly touched wall opposite Bar closed at 10pm so couldn't sample Breakfast 8 am till 9am which at a weekend felt rushed Our room key snapped off in lock

Unfortunately, the electric shower was broken on arrival, and we couldn't take a shower when back from the beach. It was fixed the next day, and we were promised a partial refund for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I still did not receive the money after a few phone calls...Disappointing after a nice stay.

Stay for a bank holiday weekend.Good location, walking distance to the beach and town. Great heated swimming pool. Kids loved it. Tasty breakfast, full english, and continental. Lovely helpful staff

For a family room the beds for the girls were small!!! The English Breakfast is not really an English Breakfast!!! It's just the name!! That was unexpected because there wasn't much of a choice!!!

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great environment and the DJ was amazing!!! The Pool was good and all the surroundings.
