We went to Ayr for wkend and stayed here at the Beaches. Just going in the front door you could see how spotlessly clean it was. We were met by Jan the proprietor, she was very nice and her hospitality excelled. She made us very welcome

Everything was perfect.

Everything, the beaches is a beautiful b&b. Jan could not do enough for us, The breakfasts were amazing, so much choice and everything cooked fresh. There was even homemade shortbread in the room. The room we had was small, (which we knew about) but it had everything we needed and so clean, and the bed was really comfy. The garden out at the back is beautifully maintained (by her 80yrs+ Mum) and led you out to the beachfront. This is somewhere we would really like to go back to.

The facilities in the room. Easy access to beach. Lovely garden. Breakfast was fabulous. Lovely freshly cooked. Home made shortbread in the room was a lovely touch and fresh milk readily available. The landlady Jan couldn’t have been nicer.

The room was spotlessly clean with some lovely personal touches like robes, toiletries and homemade shortbread. Having free parking outside was very handy in what is a very quiet area. Our hosts were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast offering was excellent with the most delicious scrambled eggs!

The property is very clean, well appointed and very well looked after. The room was spacious enough to hang out while we weren’t out and chairs were comfortable that made it relaxing to do so and the view straight out to see was always amazing. The appeal was not only skin deep, the hosts were lovely, chatty, kind and helpful and they obviously care a great deal about you comfort and support while you’re there.

The owners thought of everything and they had all the small touches from soap to fresh milk for your tea! The home was immaculate! Also, they were just lovely to talk to and so knowledgeable about the area! Will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent. My only minor suggestion would be the option of a bottle of water in the room would be useful as we forgot to get one the first day.

Amazing welcome, breakfast and choice of refreshments in the room. Great views from room 5 with the bay window.

Room was lovely and had everything I could possibly need. Even binoculars to look at the seaview. Everything was spotlsss and breakfast was delicious. I would recommend to anyone staying in Ayr.
