We were welcomed by the very kind, very friendly, very knowledgeable and very gracious B&B owner/host Adrian. We shared a bottle of delicious wine and felt immediately like a welcomed friend. He prepared us delicious breakfasts made to order and was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions and all the not to miss sights to see.

Parking is an issue in Portrush but this is a general comment on the town not related to this property.

Host Adrian went above and beyond what we were expecting to assist us with luggage, restaurants, shopping, medical issues. Our room on the top floor was large, bright and airy with beautiful view facing west over the harbour. Very conveniently located to everything in Portrush. Food was excellent. Bed extremely comfortable. Exceptional cleanliness.

If you have mobility challenges, you need to be aware that there may be stairs involved, depending on which room you have. Adrian was quick to help with our bags, and helped us find on-street parking during the height of the tourist season. Another caveat is that the wonderful bathroom in our top floor room lacked one important detail - a door. If a lack of personal privacy in the bathroom is an issue for you, you might want to keep this in mind.

Adrian is an amazing host, helpful and delightful in every way. The room was spacious and very well appointed, with an amazing sea view. The bed was large and very comfy, and the breakfast was terrific. Adrian prepared the breakfastof our choice, and it was hearty and delicious.

The bathroom wasn't very private. No doors and walls not to the ceiling. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The host was fantastic. Absolutely lovely gentleman. Amazing sea view room on the top floor. Modern, well appointment. Best accomodation on our stay, yet! Host even made us a packed, cooked breakfast which was much appreciated! Amazing location in the middle of Portrush. Couldn't ask for more.

No door on the bathroom but it was not a huge issue for us since we have been together for a long time.

It had amazing views and the host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the soaking tub as well after a long day of exploring.

Pier39 is very central to everything, it’s modern and bright, the rooms have everything you need ie irons/tea/coffee/fridge/hairdryer. The beds are huge and extremely comfy. Breakfast was gorgeous and Adrian is a superb host. There are no negatives about this place. Will definitely be back.

Large, comfortable room with good facilities. Adrian was super helpful and gave us great advice on the best spots in Portrush. We managed to park very close to the accomodation (early May). No problems at all on arrival as Adrian was waiting for us.
