The separate bathroom for the floor was fine for one night but if I were to stay longer I would advise upgrading to have a private bathroom

The staff were super friendly and pleasant. Had good banter and were very welcoming. They were super helpful with recommendations and looked after us well. Room was perfect with all essentials. Beds were very soft and comfortable. Great price for such an ideal location central to the city.

Nothing really bit noisy with windows open but it's summer and city centre so expected. Only tips maybe a small table between beds (room 4) light above mirror and small hand towel to save us using a big towel to wipe our face.

Brilliant stay great central location for 02 apollo and just a stones throw from Piccadilly Station. Room was clean comfortable and great value for money. Staff were very welcoming and helpful Kevin the owner was just lovely. Bar downstairs serving great range of drinks and great atmosphere. Would book again and highly recommend.

I suppose it's unusual for a hotel room to not have a toilet but it's advertised as such, so no complaints. The room did have a sink and shower, which was an unexpected bonus.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the facilities basic but clean.

I didn’t realise this was above a pub although it didn’t cause any problems. Also, I wouldn’t normally go for somewhere where there were stairs as soon as you get into the place but again the host was so helpful. This was not an issue for me.

This is right by the station which was perfect for me. I wouldn’t normally go for a shared bathroom but things were very well kept and were clean. There was a sink in my room so I could at least brush my teeth without going outside and there was tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable and although I was told it might be a bit noisy, if I shut both windows it really was fine. I think the host was named Kevin, who was lovely. Had a nice chat about his times in London and he very kindly helped me with my case as there are a few stairs, but not too many. When I left, he even made the effort to listen out for me and helped me down the stairs as well! He didn’t have to but it was very thoughtful. Considering Manchester was very busy that day, it was a well priced room and I felt they made a real effort to run a very good business. Well done!

Only thing is we had to ask for a hand towel for the bathroom (bath towels were provided). I suggest including this as standard in future :-) There was some noise from trams and traffic from the street below in the morning, but the double-glazing is very effective at blocking it out if you close the window.

Sparkling clean triple room with high ceilings, and equally clean private bathroom. The towels were included, and were huge, fluffy, and so clean! Kettle in the room with teas and coffees provided. Water bottles provided was a nice touch, too. Toiletries provided also. Reception man was extremely friendly and welcoming. Honestly can't go wrong with this place! 3mins walk from Piccadilly Station. Ideal!

Shared bathroom, but I was only staying one night so this didn't put me off. Some noise from outside but at this proximity to the station, that's a silly thing to complain about. It didn't affect sleep.

A budget place that doesn't feel too budgety! Clean, comfortable, but simple rooms, with a few amenities, just enough to get you by. Free wifi as well!

We found all the staff cheery and extremely helpful.The room and bathroom facilities were spotless and exceeded our expectations based on the price of the room.A query about parking before we arrived was answered promptly and professionally.We would not hesitate to stay again and would certainly recommend for a base whilst exploring the wonderful Manchester.
