We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very welcoming. Extremely well organised. Enjoyed cold water dispenser and fresh cold milk for tea and coffee in room. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room and bathroom with great shower and good quality toiletries. Breakfast very good with a lot of choice. Our car broke down which took the shine off things a bit but Christine and Ian went above and beyond with their support and help. Great place to stay.

Christine and Ian were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely view of their garden and the sea beyond. The breakfasts were delicious, using local produce. Parking was perfect.

United KingdomThere's a lot to like! Firstly our hosts Christine and Ian were fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and friendly and Ian even offered to carry our bags in. The breakfasts we had were really nice with good quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Decent ingredients make all the difference and we were literally set up for the day with these. Delicious! The decor within the B&B was wonderfully refreshing. It's a mixture of quirky modern art with a twist of humour. We spent a good while admiring and taking it all in. We noticed something different every time we walked up the stairs, there's so much to see. I can't recommend Picaroons B&B enough. It was so inviting, that it felt like we were staying with old friends and we were genuinely sad to leave.

United KingdomAlthough we were not intending to stay on the premises during the day, it would have been good to have been told there was building work going on next door (including drilling). The room was very quiet at night, except at around 10 o'clock - when we seem to hear what sounded like furniture being moved around.
The location was outside Sheringham (quiet) but an easy 15 minute walk to the town, bus stop, railway station and (if you want to) Steam Railway. Ian mentioned that bus travel is very cheap, so we went everywhere by bus and train. Breakfasts were very nice and (although it was outside our room), there was a cold drinking facility and a fridge with cold milk for each room. The room was spotless and we had a nice view over the front garden. Christine and Ian was excellent hosts.

Wonderful stay. Christine and Ian were excellent hosts who couldn’t do enough and full of local knowledge and advice. The house is sparkling clean and so quiet at night, guaranteed a good nights sleep. Would recommend and we hope to return for another stay. Must mention the quirky art work everywhere.

Christine & Ian are the perfect hosts and I recommend Picaroon B&B very highly. The room and en suite are exceptional, the bed, apart from a Hilton bed I once stayed in was the most comfortable I have slept in, The house is set on large grounds, it is in wonderful condition decorated so well, I truly enjoyed their collection of arts and crafts, that had me entertained and fascinated. Situated slightly out of the center on a quiet road, yet perfect to tour the area, half a mile up the road is the stunning village of Upper Sheringham. Would I and will I return again, YES
