Area a bit rough.

Ideal for a overnight stay. Area not so great but still convenient for centre. Parking was a definite bonus.

Nobody handed over that we had paid for breakfast so we had to go and remind them, they did get this to us but it was an hour late.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms. Would definitely return.

Missing some essentials such as a mirror! No poll or hangers for the wardrobe. Quite a few marks and holes in the walls as well as a stain on the bedding.

Great common space. Bedroom and bathroom very nicely decorated. Easy to check in and out.

Receptionist was very accomodation. Facilities are good. There is a convenience store just below this place which is very convenient.

No toilet brush floor could do with mopping very quiet until Saturday night people coming back 3am,5am and 7am fire doors banging closed kept getting woken up

Structure a little bit cheaper, so cautious of being overly careful when using anything.

It would have been better if the hotel had dedicated parking spaces. Parking was not easy to find and had to compete with customers of the paintball/laserquest company.

Continental breakfast was just right. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well equipped.

No shower kit, and the pre-authorisation of £100 is not a good idea. It's almost double of the room's prize. £50 might be better!

Tidy room, clean linen, and comfortable bed with tv and cupboard. Tidy kitchen and common room, that's exceptional!

Noise from the people outside the shop, however, this said, cannot really be avoided unless you close your windows which if you do makes the room rather warm.

On shower nothing to slide so you dont splash water on the floor so i used an towel😬, no toilet brush to clean, a bit noisy even with window closed because of paintball just on back of the hotel.

Free parking, relative closer to town, shared kitchen to use, building look quite new, everything new, a shop just on ground floor on the hotel.

The hotel room was everything you needed, had the utilities and was very good for for hotel! Had a nice stay and was able to enjoy my time with a spacious room and bathroom.

Room smelt of smoke, there was ash in the window sill that hadn’t been cleaned. Smaller than what it looked like on the pictures

The entrance to the hotel is quite difficult to find. It could do with a little more obvious signposting.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff on the 24 hour reception were friendly and helpful. Having a private ensuite bathroom is a huge positive for a small space like this! There's also plenty of free on-site car parking as well, which is a rarity in the middle of a city.

Cheaply built so I’m not sure they will withstand lots of use in time. Chipped cups, no tea spoons, although no doubt I could of got them from shared kitchen easily enough (only just thought about that!) Heavy room/corridor doors noisy throughout the night as people came and went from their rooms. Although you couldn’t hear anything from room to room only when people were in corridors. As I was a solo traveller I took comfort knowing other people were around me.

It was walking distance from lime st station, comfy bed, hot shower, very clean, friendly staff, shared kitchen with facilities to cook and store food, really good price.

The only thing is that although not far from city center (10-15 min walk ) the hotel is around not nice area with some abandon buildings and slumsy surrounding

Very nice accommodation, whole newly refurbished.Rooms are small but very tidy and at good standard. very nice space for living area with kitchen option. rooms are quiet and the staff is very friendly.
