I wasn’t very happy that I got charge 12.5% service charge on my dining room bill. The drinks at the bar were outrageously priced.

Air con. Always a chance we just didn't understand how to use it properly to get the best out of it and it was particularly warm out for the time of year.

Having briefly mentioned we were visiting for my husbands bday on arrival we discovered our room had been upgraded to a suite and the staff had left a card a bucket with beers and a voucher for complimentary drinks in the bar. Completely exceeded our expectations and aside from the hotel being particularly hot we couldn't fault a thing. We enjoyed the pool area which was very clean and felt very relaxing. Cast iron restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was lovely both food and service were spot on. Highly recommend. Thank you delta hotels

Bath in the room i had was very rusty around the overflow.

Hotel is ideally placed for the business i had in Peterborough. Hotel is clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was okay but breakfast bar eggs needed replenishing but plenty of choice on the continental side.

Air conditioning too cold in one room and too warm in another. No desserts from the restaurant menu available other than ice cream, which was very disappointing from a big hotel chain. Hot breakfast foods looked like they had been out for ages and therefore unappealing.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good parking, rooms comfortable. Problem with air conditioning in one room resolved quickly and without issue. Evening main meals very good and choice at breakfast also good.

Bar ran out of some drinks on second night. Some dishes for dinner were excellent, some not so good, but overall better than I was expecting.

The room was stuffy and the window only opened a tiny bit.

Baduc room as expected clean well stocked with tea coffee. Bathroom was a bit tired some tiles were cracked and the tap that changed from shower to bath was stiff so we cld only use shower. The room wasn’t serviced daily although we requested it. Breakfast was good . Buffet where you could serve yourself . Good selection of cereals, pastries etc. lovely staff in restaurant.

Nothing could be improved upon.

The breakfast was very good. Great variety and the cooked breakfast although buffet style was all piping hot and cooked just right. Equally there was a good evening choice of menu and the meals were a good portion size. The staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff were polite and kept the restaurant area very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom exceptionally clean. We book this hotel every year and this year we noticed a much improved quality of service, cleanliness and happy staff.

twin room beds are a drawback for me, could do with 4' beds in twin room scenario. needs grab rails in bathroom and a soft close loo lid.

pillows bedding. key card entry simple. booking restaurant easy. breakfast nice. dinner menu adequate. the whole hotel was cool and air con. plenty seating in bar. comfy chairs restaurant and bar. pool sauna etc fabulous get free pool towels. ice machine available to anyone.

i struggled to sleep on those single beds surely twin 4' beds would be better? theres room if the very old large furniture was updated who needs all those drawers on a hotel visit??? Needs a grab bar to get into bath for shower. Theres still a fume type smell comes thru the air con vent smelt on 2nd day. Very disturbed by noisy guests in adjoining room at 12.30 am til 1pm when night porter sorted it. there was no guest book to find to get help. needs soft close toilet seat and a grap rail to assist as they are quite low.

The bed and pillows were a little too soft for my liking (but that's just a preference). Another coffee machine in the breakfast hall would have been great but then again, the wait wasn't too long.

The gentleman who checked me in (and out) was excellent - couldn't fault him. The room was very comfortable, especially with the air-conditioning. The breakfast area was very pleasant and the breakfast (and choice) was excellent.

House keeping did not come during our stay which was frustrating.

Front of house staff were excellent. Each and every person was friendly and very accommodating. Always greeted with a smile.

The bathroom was not completely clean so had to wipe down surfaces when I arrived. The shower didn't drain very well at all. Some of the front desk staff were not always very friendly and seemed frustrated. Some of the staff were extremely helpful though. Coffee was not great at the breakfast.

The room was a good size and beds comfortable. The choice of good at the breakfast was good.

Very very disappointed that there was no water provided in the rooms - charged £5.60 for 2 tiny cans of water at reception. Breakfast was good but not sure if was worth what it cost (didn’t taste like fresh coffee, more like instant).

Only thing I’d say was the breakfast wasn’t in my opinion worth the value. Lacked some quality ingredients like proper orange juice instead of a cheap squash like version. No Honey, no tomatoes. The hot breakfast itself was good just needed a few more varieties and better quality drinks.

Hotel was exactly what I expected with a delta Marriott no problems whatsoever. Efficient check in and early which allowed us to get ready for a wedding so very appreciated. Late check out also no problems allowed us to enjoy the spa. They were very accommodating and the staff were very nice.
