Confirmed the days for a room clean when I checked in, yet after 3 days, the room still had not been cleaned. Had to ask the cleanng lady to do a quick freshen up. Rooms could really do with a small fridge to keep cold water in.

Breakfast was good, healthy and substantial. Good options for continental and English. Really enjoyed it.

The blanket😅 they two single bed blanket on a big bed, the curtain in my room needs to be changed lookes old and mouldy or something could be a stain

The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable! We hd dinner at the restaurant which was nice, and the next day we also had breakfast and it had everything we could possibly want. Great stay!

Breakfast was very limited on the sunday morning of our stay. It was a lot busier and even though breakfast was extended till later this day, there wasnt enough to go round. Darts were broken for one of the boards which was a shame.

Hotel lobby was brilliant, free games for guests staying was a real bonus for us. Bed was super comfy and breakfast was lovely. Staff member that checked us in was very nice. Loved the decor across entire hotel.

If I had to ask for more, it would be USB sockets to charge phones. The Hotel has a modern vibe, I was surprised there wasn't any charging points. A mirror in the bedroom would be good, the shower room one, although huge gets steamed up. We had to open the window as we were hot, and didn't manage to get the air con working, it just made a noise. Perhaps some guidance next to it would be good. We were put in a quiet part of the hotel, but unfortunately listened to lots of people walking by below as the window was open it was loud, noise bouncing off the nearby buildings. We were also treated to the loudest thunderstorm we've ever heard! So sleep didn't come in good amounts.

It was a 10 minute walk from the station. We were greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. We were given lots of information about the hotel and what it had to offer, it has a lot to offer! We accessed the room level via a lift in the lobby. The room was modern and spacious, it had a large bed, with a fairly firm mattress and two duvets, great idea, so your partner can't steal all of yours! We had fluffy white towels, bathrobes and slippers were available. There's a shower room, with the only mirror in. Large T.V on the wall and plenty of different lighting options, and an open wardrobe space for clothes and bags etc. There were plug sockets by the bed. There's air con, but I'd suggest asking how to use it. Breakfast was good, there was lots of variety, fresh fruits, yoghurts, cooked breakfast on a buffet, cold meats and cheeses, pastries, dried fruit and seeds, various teas & coffees. Checkout was fast and we were on our way.

The corridors are a bit dark and gloomy, but I think that feel is meant to be for the hotel. The hotel bar isn’t cheap, but it’s fine for a few drinks before going out somewhere.

Rooms are clean, fresh and modern with nothing broken or damaged with no sign of lots of previous use - the games and bar downstairs are great fun if you’re staying with friends and want something interesting to do that doesn’t cost you more in town. Beds are huge - ideal for couples who need a bed larger than a double!

Very Poor lighting in corridors, Needs improved! No usb points in rooms. Rooms clean but need updated. Stronger hairdryer reqd.

Very friendly staff. Was even allowed to check in earlier than the stipulated. The facility is clean and super comfortable. Comes highly recommended.
