While the location is very close to city center, parking in that area is simply impossible, especially if you arrive late at night. After one hour roaming around trying to, I had to leave my car in some mall parking lot and I ended up getting a ticket Quite pricey, but just like everything in Inverness

The elevator made a sound like tuba down the hallway- a quiet tuba- but I think it needs a little preventative maintenance. I used my phone for white noise to cover up the sound.

Central location opposite the main train station. A parking garage is a 3 minute walk away. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Very expensive, nearly £200, for what you got. Service was perfunctory. It would be nice if the listing mentioned overnight parking options. Driving in an unfamiliar downtown on one way streets on the left side of the road made it challenging to try to figure out where the parking options were. Note to future guests who are driving: The Old Town Rose Street Multi Story CarPark is 1.5 blocks away and cost £9 for 25 hrs. Televisions didn’t work throughout the hotel (an issue with the provider)

Located in center of Glasgow so very walkable to restaurants and pubs. Relatively quiet (could hear people in next room faintly but they went to bed at a reasonable hour so it was quiet and we slept well). Clean and an elevator.

Surcharges for accommodating dogs is very expensive compared to other places locally but choices are limited, particularly with 2 dogs which I guess is why they can charge a premium.

Spacious, comfortable and clean dog friendly accommodation in the centre of Inverness.

Shower was fine in terms of warmth and water pressure, but was a solid half glass wall with rest open. The water flooded the floor and I had to put towels on the floor to dam the path to the whole bathroom floor. Ended up with a bunch of wet towels! Have no idea if other rooms do this. I reported it so hopefully they can fix.

This hotel worked perfectly for me. It is close to the train station and the bus station from which many tours leave as well as city buses. Location was ideal since I don’t have a car. The folks were friendly. Breakfast was great. Restaurant for dinner ok. Elevator fast!

it was great to be able to have great meal in the same venue. they have excellent lounge areas around the bar and restaurant area, even a playstation that is available for guests to play, as well as snooker. they have obviously gone out of their way to make this a "hip and happening" type of place, with trendy touches to furnishing and decor in the public areas and the room. the room i had was a very spacious room with a double bed, easy chair, desk top and seat, a lovely bathroom and quirky lamp and picture hanging s. really nice not to be the bland and basic room sometimes seen. friendly helpful staff who took my baggage early in the day and stored it until i checked in.
