Beautiful apartment

Lack of Kitchen accessories e.g. kitchen towel, dish cloth, pan scrubber, foil, cling film. The coated pans were peeling, new ones required. Bed was slightly small & the quilt hardly had any hang over, tall person was uncovered & uncomfortable. The bed wasn't breathable, too hot.

House to ourselves, own parking space and a short walk to Port Issac Harbour. Very handy having co-op a 5min walk up the road. Great access to SW Coast Path.

The second room was a little small but we still enjoyed our stay. The open plan lounge and kitchen was spacious so a really lovely, chilled place to hang out.

Perfect place to stay if you're visiting Port Isaac with convenient access to things to see, do and eat!

Tight quarters downstairs.

The mattress was old and should be replaced and the bed suspension was broken in one corner. The dryer did not work because the filters were blocked and it was full of mould.

Great location parking available and an excellent view from the lounge and balcony lounge and kitchen were well equipped

Limited on hanging space for clothes if 4 people staying otherwise nothing. Our only negative is with booking.com, having booked numerous breaks with them feel very let down, they only want contact for further booking and not interested in any concerns or discussions.

We will avoid booking through booking.com in the future as we were offered 10% off our next booking, despite numerous emails and phone calls once being able to contact them they have not followed this up. Looking on the internet other customers attempting to contact booking.com say a response from Santa is more likely! If we can book this property through another source we would book again. Great location, comfy, there was just two adults and think if there were 4 hanging space is limited. Great facilities for washing clothes etc and nice shower. A great break with lovely walks.

Probably towards the end of season but a little tired re decoration and radiator in main bedroom was loose to the wall Could have done with kitchen roll but otherwise there was nothing not to like

We cannot say that we had any dislikes as we were very happy with the property.

The house was perfectly situated for our needs with private parking, it was very comfortable and clean felt very homely and was nicely decorated, the welcome pack was very informative and the balcony had a great view for chilling in the evenings.

No blinds in the living room meant that we felt a bit uncomfortable in the evenings. It would have been useful to have a quick guide on how to use the TV - the PlayStation was malfunctioning and needed to be rebooted but we weren't sure how to do that and also didnt realise that was how to watch TV (how are guests to know this?). The bed was quite uncomfortable as it sagged in the middle. The bathroom could do with a lick of paint as it's looking a bit grubby around the sink and the towel heater was exceedingly hot with no way to turn it down. There was also no iron. We felt that the place was a little tired and whilst overall we enjoyed our stay, I would have expected more for the price we paid.

Location and having a parking space. The lady on reception when we collected the keys was lovely. The sofa was very comfortable.

The bed mattresses badly need replacing. The double had a horrible musty smell and sunk in the middle. The bunk beds were only suitable for a small child (not my adult daughter) and again, the mattresses are past their use by dates. Although the kitchen had everything we needed, most of the crockery was chipped and needing to be replaced. The shower had mould in it and didn’t drain properly and the bathroom needs some shelving installed. 2 of the bath towels had holes in them. Overall the apartment needed a deep clean, eg. there were spills down the wall next to the rubbish bin and bathroom sink. In general it didn’t feel clean.

The location is great, an easy walk down into the village. Having a washing machine and dryer was handy.
