The accommodation was good but it was not outstanding. Why? Spoiling a ship for a ha'porth of tar comes to mind. For the sake of a few extra minutes of attention once a week ,it could receive 5 stars. A broken toilet roll holder, a dirty tea towel, windows that needed cleaning, only one cup for 2 people etc. The restaurant was good and the food was excellent.. Nevertheless it was good value and a lovely place to stay.

    Location and very quiet.

No storage, wasn't a big deal for 1 night though. No breakfast available although alternative providers were minutes away.

Very spacious room with a seating area and microwave/fridge in addition to sleeping area. Pub did absolutely fantastic food! Can do various walks including Pendle hill from the door. Easy parking.

There were 3 bins at the cottage - 2 had not been emptied (bedroom and bathroom), there were also two items of clothing left in a drawer by the previous occupant. Cracked window in bedroom.

Bed was comfortable, location was excellent for walking local trails as well as Pendle Hill, food was very good and staff were excellent. Few minor niggles but nothing that would prevent us from staying again.

Accommodation was ok. Not very clean. TV did not have any internet connection. Found rappers at the back of the bedside lockers dust everywhere I found paper underneath the bed bits of all sorts. Not very nice at all.

We love the location of Pendle Inn. Food was excellent and the staff were lovely . Accommodation bed was comfortable and clean.

The accommodation had an air of tiredness and could do with a refresh. Nothing particularly wrong; it was perfectly functional and had everything I needed, but the furnishings and facilities are all rather dated.

Great location. Rooms are located in an annex (six rooms in total). Assume all are the same and have king size bed upstairs. Downstairs has a settee and TV along with kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Very handy. I liked the location away from the pub. Good quality food - I can recommend the Pendle Pie!

Sofa was a little tired and curtains ripped and the fire alarm went of at 7.15 am in all the chalets so we left early.

It was a beautiful location and the pub itself served delicious food. Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was clean and they even provided little soaps and toiletries. Kitchen well equipped.

The property had everything you needed. The only thing my partner and I suggested would be maybe put a diffuser or plug in freshener for the room as it did smell like damp dog.

    Beautiful setting.

I was in number 6 it's the nearest to the staff entrance/kitchen. Grocery deliveries at 4.50am are not conducive to good sleep. Tiny things could improve the facilities like bleaching the grout in the bathroom to get it properly clean and the same for the non slip bath mat. Also there wasn't a single glass but on asking the staff soon provided it. These are very minor issues and did nothing to detract from a great stay or prevent me booking again already..

I have stayed many times over the last few years. I like the area, the staff are amazing and my doggie is welcomed.. it's a stunning location with plenty of good walks and easy access to other areas of Lancashire. Nice to have a little chalet to make home from home for a few days. The chalet facilities are simple but comfortable though a bit of TLC wouldn't go amiss. The beds are very comfortable with fresh crisp linens and wonderful towels. Parking is free and plentiful and the pub food is restaurant standard.
