We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location for Alton towers. Margaret made us feel welcome. Accommodation a little tired but very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

United KingdomStaff are amazing and helpful. The food is great. The location is good. We used this accommodation for Alton Towers and was great. The room was a little small but fine for just sleeping in which is all we did. Had an issue with hot water, but it was all sorted straight away. If we go to Alton Towers again, we will definitely stay again.

United KingdomThe bar and food are not available until 7pm, this was not a big problem for us but I think families with young children may prefer food in particular a bit earlier.
Lovely homely accommodation set in a stunning location, a short drive from Alton Towers, Margaret the owner was very friendly and welcoming, our family room was spacious and the beds very comfy, very reasonably priced drinks and food, we very much enjoyed our stay, thank you to Margaret and the rest of the staff.

United KingdomWe had an extremely warm welcome, a traditional inn that serves good food. Suited us perfectly. We visited the Churnet valley heritage Steam railway, visited the Ramblers Retreat. It is in easy reach of Alton Towers and is affordable.

The staff were fantastic, the location was idyllic, evening meal was delicious as well as the breakfast. Would highly recommend booking the Peakstones if going to alton towers as 2 miles from the venue. Will be returning again when in the area
