I don't have any comments about what I didn't like about the Guest House only the people who book there, and how they park outside, even though on the Web site you are asked to be respectful/mindful of parking as there only spaces for 4 'normal sized' cars but some people don't take any notice of this, there is parking on street however.

A lovely Guest House, the host very professional and knowledgeable. My room was a single room and was very clean and comfortable. It had a TV, lots of Tea and Coffee and a small fridge for your milk etc.. The bathroom was also very clean with a shower over the bath. You had to complete a form for what breakfast items you would like the next morning, this was delivered to your door in the morning by a lovely lady who just smiled all the time, I guess she loved her job.

Our room in the guest house was so lovely. Well decorated, extremely clean and great facilities. Hosts were so friendly and very helpful. We were treated to such an amazing breakfast brought to our room. Will definitely stay again at the guest house when visiting my brother in Largs.

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Having travelled to many countries I discovered one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. The room, breakfast and service were exceptional. One Continental and one Full Scottish were very much enjoyed. The hosts showed us to our room, explained about keys and ordering breakfast then we were left to enjoy the comforts and peace of the accommodation and felt like we were the only ones there despite the fact that they were full booked.

Weather was wet and windy not fault of Guest House

Bedroom at Ground floor Brakefast delivered to your room and what was requested was given like extra Mushrooms! Due to Wet weather the staff dried my wet clothes and. Put Heating on due to Damp conditions In easy Walking distance from Railway station and Town centre.

We were a little cramped as we had a lot of luggage due to the length of our trip to Scotland. But otherwise the Peacock was quite fine in all respects

The entire stay was a lovely experience. In a lovely location, within a short walking distance to the beach, and a close distance to the town centre. The host was very welcoming, and helpful on nearby things. The breakfast was great, and very generous portion size! Would happily return!

The house is on a quiet road very near the town centre with a walk along the sea front at the bottom of the street. The bed was large and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a shower. The breakfast was just excellent. The food was hot and freshly cooked and plentiful. There was a fresh fruit salad beautifully prepared and served. The owners were very welcoming. Definitely a place to stay. You won’t be disappointed.
