2nd time we've stayed at Patrick's Boathouse - lovely clean and spacious room and bathroom. Very accommodating - happy for us to bring our dog at the last minute and thoughtfully provided a dog towel, bowl, and a doggy treat! Great to have a fridge in the room stocked with breakfast. Easy parking nearby and great restaurants locally.

Tucked behind another building. Location not really in the mumbles more extreme end of Swansea.

Perhaps a fan could be in the room. I didn't ask for one but I am sure there were a couple on hand if necessary!! It was rather hot in the room even with the balcony doors open. Very comfy bed.

There was a good selection of breakfast like cereals. Fresh milk!!! And fresh orange juice!!! The view was exceptional.

People should understand that it’s not directly on water and view is over buildings below.

Great location in Mumbles just up and off the main road. Staff were friendly and provided safe bike storage for us, as well as an upgraded room to ocean view, which was really nice. Room was spacious and comfortable, and we were fine with in room breakfast, as this worked well for our cycle touring schedule. Mumbles is pleasant and popular place to explore and stroll.

A bit lacking in character and style but nothing offensive . Did have to park in municipal car park and wait for a space as was a sunny day . But that would not deter me from staying again .

Fridge milk Welsh cakes and other snacks and proper coffee . Spacious room like a mini apartment - would be a good base to explore the area but I was in the area for a function .

Parking was expensive in the pay and display car park but we found on street parking nearby.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was very clean with a good shower, and the breakfast included cereals, yoghurt, orange juice and welsh cakes as well as tea and coffee. The small fridge was useful for us as well.

The room was really spacious as well as the bathroom. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the owners add in lots of little extras which really make a difference. The continental breakfast, just having fresh milk available, dressing gowns and the towels for sandy paws by the door won me over! The views were brilliant we really enjoyed our stay.

We coudnt turn the heating on and it went quite cold in the night but we were OK. Thats the only reason I didn't give this review 10 stars, otherwise everything was perfect

The Room was lovely, very spacious with fab design. We stayed in room 1b it was nice having a fridge in the room with fresh milk,juices and light breakfast provided. Lovely touches like the Dressing gowns which were welcomed 😀. The sea veiw rooms are a bit too pricey, but lovely if on offer or for a special occasion. Would definaletly recomend and love to stay again soon. Easy to check in and out to.

A very large well equipped room and bathroom in the perfect central location within easy walk of the local amenities. Appreciated the continental breakfast products left for us especially the coffee bags. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Being really picky, the decor was a little quirky for my taste but that’s being really picky as the rooms were lovely and very clean and tidy!!

Amazing location, hotel was clean and tidy! Lovely facilities and a lovely touch with the breakfast snacks! Highly recommend and definitely would go back! Reasonably priced too!

No parking on site, but on street and public car park very nearby. Steep drive up to the property and then steep staircase inside to get to all rooms which would not suit everybody- ok for us but if you struggle with walking it may be an issue.

Great location in the heart of Mumbles and easy to get out and about to the surrounding area. Restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking reach. Huge room with dedicated sitting area. Continental breakfast. Handy fridge in the room. Pet friendly with doggy treats, bowls and towels available to use. Very clean and well maintained. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Absolutely nothing was wrong with the property.

The decor was interesting, as I think all of the rooms are. The position in the centre of Mumbles is perfect. All our needs were thought of.

Not being able to park outside, it wasn't far but with a baby, buggy and luggage, it wasn't easy...I also had to carry the buggy up the front steps - would have been good if the plant pots were not in the way of the ramp up.
