"Boasts a balcony", however it has patio doors, with no keys available to open, so at best it was a hallway, but also a very hot room. Disappointed as would have loved to enjoy the "balcony" in the evening with the sun shining in. Shower probably needs some tlc.

Views stunning, location perfect, short walk to beach, lots of space in all the rooms.. Loved looking out to the beach and the jets at RAF Valley.

We liked it all. It isn't a house that's perfect, but it was homely and comfortable and perfect for us.

It suited us perfectly. Located brilliantly for the beach. Fabulous views. I could have sat in the sun room with the Juliet balcony doors open all day. It was clean and had everything we needed and we will be back.

Stairs to the first floor and main door were smelly and in need of painting. Rather off putting.

Property was in an excellent location for the beach and the town centre. Amazing views and at the bottom of the runway for RAF Valley. Very clean and comfortable. Super parking.

Would have liked tea bags and coffee for arrival, particularly on a Sunday when check in at 4pm shops closed once realised none provided . Blankets for the sofa/beds for dogs. We did take our own to reduce dog hair on furniture and beds. (There is a dog bed/ bowls provided. ) Instructions for hob (I'm an idiot so googled) Would have been nice to have some Christmas decorations/lights/ small tree up for stays in December. 10am check out is hard work, with an 11am check out and a 4pm check in this should give sufficient time to thoroughly clean and offer a more relaxed check out process for guests.

Superbly furnished and well catered . Clean and well presented. Safe parking space, well lit entrance/stairwell. Slight issue for us on check in but the local agent/manager rushed to resolve quickly and efficiently. Constant contact available if needed. Issues about the property raised separately with the Ops Mgr and they were dealt with that day. Great customer service. Great for dogs and access to the beach Fab provision of games, cards and activities. Lots of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and washing tablets provided, kitchen fabulously stocked with plenty of crockery.

Lovely apartment with great view of the beach and easy walking distance of both beach and shops/restaurants. Comfortable beds and netflix on TV. .Dog friendly and walking distance of large dog friendly beach. Couldn't ask for more.

A very spacious apartment, with superb views of the beach, sea and RAF Valley (if your into plane watching). Easy beach access and ample of local shops and cafes/restaurants. We would happily book this apartment again.

It was self catering apartment and the kitchen crockery glasses, cups, utensils could have been cleaner. I had to was before use. Also the dishwasher was not great it didn’t wash the dishes very well. The inside of main window with the great view of beach was smeared/dirty on the inside from either an animal or child. Cleaners need to be monitored by the management company to ensure the facilities are thoroughly cleaned in between guests arriving.

Pass the keys apartment has the best location and views in Rhosneigr. on arrival we found everything spotlessly clean and very inviting.

Electric heating. Difficult to keep the rooms at a good temperature, especially the bathroom.

Toilet dirty with fresh faeces not cleaned off. Toiletries from previous occupant left open and on the shower. Toilet seat loose causing it to shift dramatically when sitting. Fans in bedroom and bathroom dirty. Fan in bathroom made rasping sound every few minutes keeping us awake at night. Bedroom curtains very difficult to draw as pole and eyelet mismatch. Kitchen sink tap loose fitting causing whole unit to twist/move. Tap cartridges worn causing constantly dripping tap. Two large patches of damp in entrance hall. Ironing board decrepit and iron leaked all over clothes. Kitchen only had one saucepan for four guests. Furniture and fittings tired, sun bleached, worn and cheap. Constant contact from Pass the Keys pretending to be a private owner was annoying and spoilt my break.

Stairs steep to apartment and very windy. Jet noise every few minutes during the days. Long walk to amenities.

Inadequate supplies for cooking- no oven gloves/ shelves in oven don’t fit properly/ trays don’t fit oven properly/normal in a holiday let to find some basics left in cupboards eg- cling film/ salt & pepper etc but zero here. Cold tap didn’t just drip it ran constantly in a house that claims to be eco aware. General ambience was not well cared for. Didn’t expect to share the sun lounge with a mop bucket & vacuum cleaner

The 3rd bedroom being on a completely different floor which you accessed from the outside back door and down some steps, not ideal for children, I’m not sure what £115 cleaning fee gets either as this was my sons feet after crawling round the property
