I'm not one to moan . But on this stay the room we had , I would say the carpet let it down . Needing a carpet cleaner on it.

The room was large in comparison to some hotels, it was in a great location. A two minute walk from the train station. Close by is a Tesco Express, shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. There's a small fridge in the room for snacks and drinks. We didn't have breakfast.

We stopped as we had an early flight, arrived late but that was no problem. Quick check in and offered free toiletries that we had forgotten. The room was clean, everything there that we needed, very comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Well recommended.

Windows in my room were broken. Ideally would have loved an actual double bed.

I liked the little sofa, nespresso machine and the bathroom. Bed was decent but just two squished together. Good options via the TV.

Modern hotel situated 5 minutes walk from Leeds City station. We stayed for 1 Saturday night, and the hotel was competitively priced. The receptionist was very professional and arranged an early check-in. We had a standard double room, which had ample space with a bath and shower and excellent air conditioning. Good sized bed, which was comfortable. The room was cleaned to a high standard. I cannot comment on the restaurant service as we didn't use it. Check out is easy, and you can do this from your room without going to reception if you wish. I would stay here again.

Very unusual for upmarket hotel not to supply bottled water especially as warm weather.Plugs situated behind chest of drawers so access not the best.Shower/bath setup complicated with water coming from both shower heads and took ages for water to heat up.Too many light switches for all the different light combinations

This was a comfortable hotel, easy walk for train station and in the center of the city. We had a great view from our window, and everything clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was nothing to complain about this hotel or the underrated city of Leeds.

Overall the apartment was very clean- the exception was the wooden headboard- it had grease marks from where people’s heads had rested. I only noticed this as I moved the twin beds further apart so my daughter and I didn’t disturb each other, and without the pillows it was more obvious.

Generously sized room with comfortable beds, lovely bedlinen and a very nice bathroom. Very convenient with the railway station a few minutes away and all that central Leeds has to offer is on the doorstep. The little fridge was really handy and an extra bonus, and the big TV was great. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, great value too.

My first room was dirty. The carpets hadn’t been cleaned properly. I was upgraded after complaining. Also no restaurant service on a Friday or Saturday and don’t recall seeing that in the details when booking.

Beds very uncomfortable and very noisy- lack of soundproofing!! First night child free and got v little sleep.
