We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe London requirement for a variable deposit up front irritates me and is pretty much never mentioned on the booking.com site. Feels a little more like a security pen with 2 guards 24/7. Served purpose but will look for alternatives next time.
Walkable from Ilford station. Stayed in the actually hotel and place advertised which was good. So many of the East London “stays” are agency and you get shuffled and hassled. This was a hotel which actually exists which is at least a step forward.

United Kingdomit’s honestly just dreadful. when we arrived there was a packet of crisps poured out on the floor and just left there. there were holes in the floor of our room with carpet duct taped over. bed was uncomfortable and a pillow that was so flat I may as well have slept without one. we asked for additional pillows and they didn’t have anything. there was a hole in the wall going straight through to the next room. I wasn’t expecting a 5* stay for the money but it wasn’t great at all.
