Too many ridiculous emails sent to me before my stay banging on about sustainable this and eco that! I counted ten of these emails including two that begged me to do an advance check in - to save time. This may be appropriate to business people or idiots with a deluded sense of self importance. Basically I detest all this how did we do stuff. If it’s bad I just don’t stay again.

Night and day staff had conflicting views about the time that the cost of breakfast increased, which meant that we couldn't buy breakfast at the price we were told it was when we checked in. (So two sales were lost)

There was really nothing to dislike.

This is a modern hotel just a ten minute walk to the town centre, cathedral and ten minute walk to the train station. It's on a busy road but we could hardly hear it from our room. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. We had dinner one evening and it was well priced and there was a good choice. Ample car parking.

Everything was great; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the coffee at breakfast, which was not nice at all. I would expect better quality coffee from the Radisson.

The staff seemed to be having continuous issues with the system which slowed every transaction down. Not their fault but I could tell they were frustrated by it.

Great location off main road but right by historic centre of Peterborough and cathedral within easy walking distance. Free parking on site. All the staff - reception, restaurant, chef, cleaners - were really friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate. Beds very comfortable and despite proximity to road no traffic noise. Good shower. Great breakfast buffet.

Decent sized room with a pretty comfortable bed. Excellent shower and bathroom. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Excellent location in Peterborough city centre. Open plan storage means you're unlikely to leave anything behind

The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink which didn't empty out and drain. I did report it though.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel to town is great. The whole hotel was lovely and clean and the WiFi network was brilliant.

Staff were some of the best I have seen when staying and could not do enough for me and my hubby. They were so polite and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfy, and I requested a king-size bed, and they delivered this too!

While playing pool, the machine accepted a coin but didn't release the balls. My friend spoke with a receptionist who told him to use another coin rather than fix the issue. Reimbursement refused!

The staff were friendly and accommodated our bed type request. The room was clean and had almost everything needed for a short stay. It would have been nicer to have a small fridge in the room. The hotel's location was perfect for us, and having a car parking facility was a bonus.
