It's not really we didn't like, it's just that our room needed more hooks to hang things in the bathroom.

We felt welcome by Janet and Stuart, the place had a homely feeling. Also the best English breakfast we've ever had at a B&B as the food was perfectly cooked and it's local produce. Also the location was lovely as next to Warwick Castle and it was quiet so slept soundly. We will definitely come back!

I cannot think of one thing to improve upon.

Janet was a very welcoming hostess and went out of her way to make our stay at Park Cottage simply perfect! The room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast each morning was top notch!

Our only regret was being slightly restricted in what we could do because of recent surgery, nothing against the guest house.

Park Cottage was a unique guest house full of character. It had a personality all of its own. The hosts were charming people who shared their love & knowledge of Warwick with guests. The food was excellent.

Very convenient location as you can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes. Very comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and friendly owner.

The room was absolutely charming, right down to the naming of the rooms and the teddies on the beds! Clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance to Warwick Castle! And to top it off, Janet and her hubby (sorry, I can't remember his name) really know how to look after their guests. I highly recommend Park Cottage to anyone needing to stay anywhere in or around Warwick, UK. Such history! PS: After being out on my first day, I arrived back to find the teddy on my bed was missing, only to find him sitting in the shower with my shower cap on! Delightful <3

Lovely cottage, within a couple of minutes walk to local amenities. Very homely feel with all the comforts we needed. The hosts are lovely. Very friendly and informative, and they made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was superb. We would highly recommend Park Cottage to anyone wanting to stay in Warwick.

It's a historical property with cosy rooms. The location is convenient. The hosts are nice & friendly. They were kind enough to accommodate my wife's dietary requirement (she's a vegetarian) for our breakfasts. Overall, it was a good stay.

Nothing, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely, mishapen Tudor property not far off 600 years old. Warwick is a historic town and as such not made for vehicles, so having accommodation with parking at the town an entrance was a relief. Despite the properties age it was dressed homely and lovely and warm. Janet was a lovely host with great recommendations about the area, very helpful and great conversationalist. 10 minute walk to town with Warwick castle immediately behind the BnB.

Everything was perfect.

Great location for town and the castle. The hosts were very friendly and gave top tips to make the most of our visit. My daughter is a history buff and loved sleeping in such a historic building and a four poster bed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Nothing really to dislike, my one comment which I do often comment on when given a review … is pillows.. I never seem to find them comfortable.. actually there was one soft one in our room but my husband claimed it before I did, but it’s just a minor gripe.

Nice friendly place to stay, spacious room, easy walk to centre of town.. fabulous breakfast
