Kitchen space is tiny for a place that lodges such a large number of people. Rooms smelt abit dank

Beautiful building. Very clean, nice communal areas and a great location

Perhaps larger lockers all around as the lockers in some rooms had more capacity than others.

The location is great and the space of the venue is utilised well. Wi-fi was great and appreciated all the different facilities such as the bar, kitchen, laundry and drinking fountain.

The chests to store the luggage were a bit hard to access (under the bed, they made a little noise when opening, so not the best at night). Maybe one or two more hooks for jackets and towels would be amazing.

Great room and decoration, the hostel is very secure and made me feel safe. The showers and bathrooms were alright, cleaned daily, nothing to complain about. The location of the hostel, right out the Swiss Cottage station made it wonderful.

Bunk beds a bit on the small side. Toilets and shower all in the same area, the floor was very slippery cause shower water was everywhere.

Great location. Good facilities. Staff very friendly. Lots of extras like bar, restaurant, breakfast, kitchen, lockers and info board.

The lockers can't fit a suitcase. No shelf to put phone etc near bed.

Nice staff. The location in a beautiful neighbourhood short tube ride away from central London. The curtains on the dorm beds.

If you can't stand some noise, it's not the best choice. Many sounds from traffic outside and other guests. (Doors slamming just outside the room).

All you need, a clean bed, a bathroom and cheap luggage storage. Very close to the underground, all within reach. Much better than expensive hotel i sone 1.

The upper bunk I had was just a little hard to get in to (I am 69).

Good access to Swiss Cottage Tube Station, really great little supermarket nearby, and a nice neighbourhood. Nice eating area, and a large, comfy sitting room.

It’s neat and tidy with good showers and facilities but it does get very hot and stuffy at night and with 12 in a room it will never be quiet…but it has a good location and helpful staff.

I was a bit disappointed to be offered a padlock priced at five pounds! I promptly went around the corner and bought one in a local store for 2.99 (this was on a Sunday at 5pm and I think I could have got one for even less if more shops had been open). Also the next day I asked for a Diet Coke at reception, only to be told that they were priced at 2.50 each... To me, the mark-ups on these products seem inflated, especially considering that I was already a customer at the hostel. Especially regarding the padlock, it seems quite exploitative to try to charge 5.00 for these (I did not see one, but I suspect they were 'basic' at best). Similarly, does a Coke really need to come at 2.50??)

Staff were friendly and professional on arrival. The property is clearly well looked after and beautifully furnished. The standard of cleanliness was very high.

Very social hostel, great encounters, perfect charming location for a first time in London, and great staff. It's one of the very good hostels in London (which are many in that city). The breakfast is great for the price, and it's also a great way to meet people. So is the bar at night, with something different every night.

The room needed more ventilation. In the night, it got hot as hell, but I don't know if it was because those particular days there was actual sun in London and it warmed the place. Either way, an air conditioner would really be helpful.

The place was in incredibly good conditions. It surpassed my expectations. From the decoration of the hostel to the rooms. Even if there were a lot of people inside, I did not have any problem sleeping, but may be for others it is not that good. The breakfast was also good, I would have preferred a little bit more options or a dish that changes every day. Also, even if it is not close to the center of the city, there is a subway station really close and on the same line, you can arrive at the Big Beng.

Not a big fan of the common toilets and showers, they could do with an upgrade. The self-service kitchen is a bit of a mess and very tiny. Stayed in a room with a private shower/toilet but it was super small and the ventilation didn't work.

Location, I've stayed a few times so i know what to expect. I like the privacy curtains on the bunk beds, breakfast is available, good common areas (bar, reading room).

There was a general humid environment probably due to it being an old wood building. Kind of a musty smell but nothing awful. Check out is too early.

The staff was very nice. The room was good for the price and clean. Location is okay to get to the center by bus or tube. Very beautiful from the outside.

There weren't any events even if on the wall it said so. Kitchen was very small.

The beds were very comfortable, dormitory (9 person dormitory), common room was nice, and I liked the bar. Staff was helpful! Place was very big and looked more like a hotel and curtains on beds was a good thing.
