Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The view is stunning! Very friendly and welcoming. Clean We were able to leave bags for a couple of hours. Close to Hepworth museum.

The view! I’m sure it’s been said a million times but it’s pretty unique to have such a view of St Ives but also the whole of the bay out towards Godrevy lighthouse - spectacular!! The hostess was also exceptionally lovely! She was extra accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage until the afternoon, chatty but perfectly relaxed with us too! Also I’m pleased breakfast isn’t included, youre seconds away from some of the the most delicious coffee and food in the country - makes so much sense to pop out to eat. And then you can really enjoy the later check-out of 10:30 and stay in bed if you wish!!

The location is really ideal, quiet but at the same time close to the pubs, restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of all the major places of interest in St Ives. The view is stunning, overlooking the church and picturesque harbour of St Ives. The room is not really big, but cosy and spotless clean. Palma, our host, gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was always available when needed. We had a truly wonderful stay and hope to come back again soon !

CyprusThe check-out time is a bit early - 10:30. Also, the host lives downstairs and we felt embarrassed to go back very late at night.
Amazing view! We absolutely loved it. The room was clean and it had a lot of character. The host, Pat, was lovely. She was very clear about her rules and requirements. The accommodation was very close to Tate and Barbara Hepworth Museum, so it is ideal for art lovers. We could leave our bags with the host after check-out, which was fantastic. Imagine going up and down the hill with those heavy bags! Also, the Internet was fast and really helped us since our mobile Internet was not working in the area.

United Kingdomwalls were thin so could hear people in the morning and curtains were thin too so had the sun waking us up 6am but when your on holiday don’t mind too much :)
