There was nothing not to like❤️

This B&B is the best we have stayed at in the month we have been away. It is spotless, very well set up, and very comfortable. The hosts are friendly but not over the top.Having a separate breakfast area is so good. The breakfast and provisions they supplied were delicious and exceeded our expectations. Because of they way they have cleverly set up the B&B, their home is their own private space. We loved everything about our stay. ❤️

Very friendly hosts, everything is clean and the breakfast was simple but very good and more than sufficient. The location is very quiet, but close to Oxford city: We could walk (1hour per direction) or take the bus.

Friendliest hosts one could ever hope to encounter. Excellent suggestions for activities in the vicinity. Be sure to follow hosts advice regarding walking along the river pathway into Oxford. Really a lovely walk.

The location was perfect, at the end of a quiet cul de sac , but a short walk form the main bus route into oxford and the tow path along the river . Short walking distance of local pub. looked exceptionally beautiful in spring with blossoms and lilacs everywhere

Very hospitable host and hostess. I felt very much at home. Varied and healthy breakfast in a cozy breakfast room, where guests can easily make contact with each other. It is a good and quiet location, with a bus service to Oxford Center within a few minutes walk and a pub for dinner around the corner.

Tucked away on a quiet cul de sac. Very clean. Host informed us of Thames Trail which we took into Oxford. ( 1 hour walk). On the way home had beers and dinner at a lovely pub on the trail.

Very pleasant owners greeted us. We were given useful relevant information about the area, such as how to travel by bus into Oxford, bus times and frequency, where we could eat supper locally. We could park and leave our car safely. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing which we didn’t like!

It was attractive, easily accessible from the bus stop. It was clean, quiet and the breakfasts were remarkably good with fresh fruit (not frozen) croissants, boiled egg, cereals, yoghurt etc. Exceptional value. The owners were welcoming, friendly and very attentive to our needs. The husband even offered to drive us into Oxford to catch our train as it was frosty and slippery on the pavements.

Lovely welcome by hosts who were very helpful in advising us of the public transport. A bus runs into the certain of the city only a couple of minutes away. The room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely with help yourself service to cereals, toast and yogurts. Hot croissants, hot chocolate, bowls of fresh fruit and eggs were available to order. We had a relaxing staff. Thank you very much.

breakfast was continental, not our favourite. room very comfy, lovely walk-in shower. very pleasant isolated grounds, and warm, welcoming staff... especially good because we came in late both nights. thanks to all

Lovely location and well connected to the city centre by bus. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was bright and spacious with a very comfortable en-suite bathroom. Highly recommended for families and couples. Thank you 😊

Nothing could be improved.

This b&b is in a quiet location, south of Oxford, easily accessible by car from all main routes. We were able to park in the driveway and take a bus into the city. The owner very kindly supplied us with helpful maps. Our twin room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. A variety of cereals, fruit, toast and croissants were provided for breakfast.

There ws nothing to dislike about our stay.

Beautifully presented property with great facilities. Our room was spacious and the bathroom and shower one of the best we have stayed in. The breakfast room was a delight and the breakfast offering a great start to the day. Siti made us very welcome and was a great host during our stay, delivering our eggs prepared as requested with a smile each morning. While a suburban location the bus into Oxford is only a few steps away. Great value for money.
