We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Convenient to the bus line into town - yet enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood, the daily walking commute to/from campus, and the walking to points north.

I didn't have the breakfast as I was meeting friends for breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful in giving information about City buses as I had to meet Australian friends at another hotel after my arrival

United KingdomNot a good idea to serve hot meals on cold plates! They suck the heat out of the food which leaves it lukewarm. You need to invest in a decent plate warmer. I personally do not want cheese and ham for breakfast but bearing in mind Hull's status as a main ferry port I would have thought this essential for our continental visitors.
Friendly helpful staff. Clean room which was serviced! Excellent location for both railway station and bus station and near by St. Stephen's Centre for our evening meal.

Location was good. We didn't walk but there were plenty of buses nearby. Breakfast was a buffet but good choice. Restaurant staff lovely. We found hotels expensive around Oxford so this hotel was good value. Our room was spacious enough and had 2 queen size beds. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The ‘executive’ rooms are fine for 3 star, comfortable and reasonably spacious. Buffet breakfast is pretty good and staff are friendly. Good value for Oxford.

FranceMainly the beds : they were not comfy, quite hard, did not sleep well. And the mattress of the sofa bed was very thin and only good for a small child I would say. The parking is quite expensive and not well explained. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.
The location was very convenient to get in the center. Quiet neighbouhood. The hotel was well decorated and welcoming. Rooms were large enough. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The staff was welcoming. The garden is beautiful and would be nice to enjoy on sunny days.

United KingdomOur window was under the roof, and pigeons had nests in the beams under the roof. Therefore, there was a lot of cooing and flapping. I notified the reception about that and suggested taking action to remove the pigeons.
Amazing area, set in a gorgeous residential area of Oxford. Spacious room. Very comfortable facilities. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of food.
