Beautifully located with a lovely view towards garden from the main window. The kitchen was very generously stocked for breakfast by the host, with home produced eggs and marmalade, Rooms spacious, even the bathroom. Beds exceptionally comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Beautiful surroundings, tranquil and very clean with everything you need. Stables to the back with a horse, was a joy. Beds really comfortable and linen luxurious.

Amazing stay, the property was stunning and exceeded my expectations. The location was quiet and secluded and only a 10min drive from Pentney Abbey which is why I was staying in Norfolk. Owl Barn was exceptionally clean and tidy and the added bonus of breakfast items was a lovely touch. Susie was there to greet me when I arrived and was super friendly and helpful and was easily contactable, she even helped me with transportation to the wedding which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Norfolk and would love to return myself in the future to explore the area more. Susie was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Plenty of room, especially the bedroom which was great for getting ready for the wedding we were attending. Much appreciated Susie booking taxi for us to get to and back from the venue. Really comfortable , plenty of hot water and lovely breakfasts left for us to make/eat at our leisure.

Quality products, great selection for breakfast Eggs, Bacon, yoghurt, bread, fresh fruit, cereal, Milk Very spacious & clean beds were comfy quality lining, Communication excellent from time of booking to arrival, We arrived later than expected It was dark Suzie waited for use at the side of the road and escorted us to the property.

Not a dislike at all but a suggestion that maybe the entrance could have the name of the farm clearly placed as it was a little difficult to find in the dark despite having been given detailed instructions. However Susie was on the look out for us, phoned us and guided us to the location. We were warmly welcomed on arrival.

Beautiful quiet location. Excellent spacious, clean facilities with the barn looking out onto a beautiful drive in one direction and behind is a court yard with stabling and a horse! Very comfy beds in roomy bedroom with very good en suite facilities. Large sitting room/ kitchen/dining area with fridge, cooking facilities etc. We were provided with everything we needed and enjoyed the fact that we made our own breakfasts with the very adequate food provided. Ample secluded parking. Just perfect for our needs. We plan to stay here again and can highly recommend Owl Barn

The Owl Barn is spacious but feels cosy at the same time. We throughly enjoyed spending time in the grounds with the horses and chickens. Everything we could ever need for breakfast was supplied and was delicious, especially the fresh eggs. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful stay.

The weather! The grounds look amazing but we never got the chance to look around because of the rain!

We booked this property to attend a wedding at nearby Pentney Abbey on the Saturday. We arrived Friday and were met by our host Susie who immediately made us feel at home. The property is stunning from the outside and when you enter it is spacious with high quality of fixtures and fittings. The beds were very comfortable and there was even the option of a mattress topper. Duvets and sheets were soft and crisp and there are extra blankets if needed. However the heating and the thick barn walls meant the Barn was warm and cosy despite the size. Happily we found ourselves the envy of all the other wedding guests when comparing our accommodation!

Excellent venue, superb breakfast supplied and the owner is brilliant and can't do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay. Thats why it's our second visit and probably will not be our last..
