Unlimited use of spa area in check in times. Free minibar & coffee machine in room. Lovely shower in room. Afternoon tea was excellent. Evening meal was pretty good.

The driving range is very nice but poorly organised. I didn't have my clubs with me, so I had to hire them. The only way this can be done is through their website, but the booking page doesn't let you hire clubs and balls at the same time. You can only hire one club at a time. Having a staff member always available to talk to would be helpful.

Lovely location, with beautiful golf courses. Lots of parking available, both in front of the hotel and near the golf range. Good breakfast, and dinner at the restaurant was also good.

Bin lorries arrived at 4:00am and woke up myself and two other colleagues who were staying in neighbouring rooms.

The food served at evening dining is of a good standard, however, the menu is limited. For example, offering a vegetarian alternative for Beef Wellington but not actually offering Beef Wellington! Also, strange to not have any specials.

Breakfast was nicely presented in the orangery, with plenty of choice. There's also the option to order from the breakfast menu. Coffee was also good. The golf facilities are good. The driving range is "high tech", and the pro shop was well stocked.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest found hair in the bathroom and bed. Could do with an update. Pool times for babies not great makes it harder for parents!

The staff were so incredibly lovely. It was absolutely gorgeous and the grounds were beautiful too! Loads of places to sit and enjoy the world go by.

The room was disappointing. We had no view what-so-ever. The window was frosted glass! We were obviously over the kitchen because all we could hear all night was constant humming noises (i'm guessing from the refridgeration). We were also awoken by crates being rolled about early in the morning! For a hotel of such class, it was very disappointing. We also had a drink in the bar on the first night. A nice young man took our order, gave it to the girl behind the bar, who then got it ready and left it at the end of the bar for the young man to serve us. We waited about 10 minutes and we still hadn't been served, so I fetched it myself. For the cost of the 2 drinks being £18+, we expect A1 service!

The hotel itself was lovely and clean and most of the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was nice.

There wasn't the wines available that we wanted in both the Champagne Bar and the Restaurant and we had to choose an alternative. Perhaps the wine list needs updating? It was a glorious day when we were there and sat outside of the Champagne Bar with our wine. We sat opposite the fountain on the metal chairs. Unfortunately there were no cushions on the chairs which didn't make them very comfortable. I did ask a member of staff for cushions but was told that she didn't know where they were and none did appear!

The room was a good size. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn't quite as good but it was ok.

The service at breakfast wasn’t the most efficient. The food at breakfast was not cooked as well as it could be e.g overcooked

The staff were friendly, the spa facilities were amazing. The grounds were picturesque.
