We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The cottage is picturesque- wooden beams above the doorways, stone stairs and fireplaces, cozy without feeling small. It is in a great location with a supermarket and a pub (which does excellent food!) just minutes away, and Otley centre in easy walking distance. Although it’s near a road you don’t hear any traffic through the windows. The bed was very comfortable and I had a few good night’s sleep!

United KingdomOne thing that was a little disappointing was that although there is one free parking spot in front of the property it is actually a nightmare to park as it’s up a small driveway on a blind corner. We had 2 cars and parks on the road opposite or on Ilkley road as after 2 attempts to reverse onto the driveway we gave up! We was told when we booked that check in was 3pm and check out was 11am, then got a message nearer to the check in date that it changed to 4pm and 10am, but of an inconvenience as we had to change our plans. Also need to add that the two twin beds appeared to be shorter than standard size (maybe I didn’t check this when I booked) and extra armchair in the living room for 4 people and more toilet rolls would be beneficial 😊 Despite this points we would book here again without a doubt!
Beautiful cosy cottage just a short walk away from centre of Otley. Cottage is brilliantly clean. Lovely decorative details made our stay feel special. The original brickwork was beautiful. Very quiet at night and had a good night sleep, although my preference is a softer mattress. Main bedroom is a great size. All linens were perfectly clean. Good functioning kitchen. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area. Communication from the property group was pretty good. We stayed for a wedding at Chevin Hotel and Spa which was only an £8 Uber ride away from the cottage. Going for a walk at Surprise View is a must! Waitrose, pubs and nice shops/cafes are also a short walk away.

Lovely cottage . Excellent location in Otley about 10mins to centre. Near local eateries recommend the Fleece and The Mill. Near to local supermarket. We have visited Otley and the area for last 20 yrs this is one of the best cottages we have stayed in. Comfortable bed lovely renovation parking outside cottage. Burley in Wharfedale up the road nice village for walk about.. If your a walker lots of places to go the Chevin has some lovely walks. You can walk up toMenston or Burley in Wharfdale (20-30mins) Ilkeley (1hr plus) if your fit. Train station in Burley and Menston if you dont want to drive.

United KingdomHeavy handed detail gathering - passport required, inside leg measurement - deposit was as much as the cost of the stay, and stern instructions about use of heating. Quite off-putting. Very cold when we got there and so we had to run the heating but we were worried because of the stern email we received on the day threatening withholding our deposit if we used the heating 'excessively' - define 'excessively'! Poor quality pots and pans. TV didn't work and light bulb missing in lounge. We weren't too bothered about the TV but no attempt was made to help during our stay just to say thanks and they'll have maintenance fix it for next time.
Really pretty cottage. Great location. Fun place to stay.
