We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom327 Athlone The room I was allocated was on the third floor facing the back, up the pretty hillside. Although next to the lift, the lift was quite. The room to my left, their shower room extraction fan was very loud; as was the noise coming from the two boiler flues outside the room windows. Due to the sash windows not having secondary glazing, the noise from the two boiler flues stopped me sleeping. So I did not sleep at all and left early around 9am. I would like some form of compensation.
The beautiful location. The calm, relaxing feeling within the Hotel. The room size for a single occupancy was ample, and a nice size double bed was welcome. Clean and tidy. I had a few issues but will inform the manager, so they can be resolved for other clients.

Staff were great. Really first class - well done! I found some of the hotel infrastructure somewhat lacking. Shower too feeble I mentioned this to the deputy manager On breakfast table I would have liked a hot water jug to accompany the tea and coffee jugs. The milk jug left on the table was too small. We need a big one from which to top up our teas and coffees. Also plenty of butter pats on the breakfast table so we're not up and down to the buffettable so much.

United KingdomThe water pressure wasn’t brilliant on the 3rd floor but didn’t really bother us for the one night. The breakfast was disappointing unfortunately…bacon overcooked. Muffins were rock solid. Hollandaise sauce was lumpy and cold. This didn’t ruin our stay but could’ve been better.
Family room sea view. Amazing huge interlinking room with absolutely stunning views! 2 massive picture windows looking out to the beach and sea right over to Brixham. Immaculately clean. Comfy beds. Gorgeous bathroom with complimentary goodies, bath and shower. Everything you need…from iron to a fan and digital DAB radio. TV with all the channels. Sofa and chair. Loads of space. Huge indoor pool. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Reception and restaurant staff professional, friendly and extremely helpful. For a single room it was more spacious than I had expected. The view from the front of the hotel was spectacular. The funeral reception was very well managed with an extensive buffet.

United KingdomWe had a small problem with getting drinks in the evening but there were around 20 of us (and it was Boxing Day night). We’d told the hotel a couple of weeks beforehand that we’d all be meeting for drinks in the evening but the message didn’t filter through and they struggled to cope with so many people. I suspect they were short staffed because of the date and when we went in to tell them about our plan they hadn’t factored that in . That said, we spoke with them about it and they responded and we had a great evening.
We had a few rooms booked for the night before our wedding. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The junior suite I had was perfect. I can’t imagine a nicer place to get ready for a wedding. It felt really special and incredibly peaceful. I’m so glad we chose the Osborne and would thoroughly recommend it.

Very comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff in the reception and restaurant/bar were very accommodating especially Matt who was in attendance on NYE and was brilliant with our little grandson The NYE meal was exceptional as were the Breakfasts. I will definitely return

United KingdomWorks are in progress at the hotel, such that there are a few areas of improvement. E.g ongoing maintenance on the regency building inside and out. However once completed it would be hard to find any snagging issues.
A fantastic stay at the Osbourne. Staff were went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was wonderful. We are at the Osbourne each day for breakfast and had an evening meal on NYE. The standard of dinning was outstanding, the Restaurant Manager and Chef created the most fantastic evening experience. Accommodating for our toddler also. A very welcoming and professional approach.
