Great space for the two of us and our small dog on a nice quite street. It has everything you need. Not far from town with a cafe/bar a couple minute walk down the road. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom door would not stay closed. Microwave was high up on the wall, so difficult to reach if you were in a wheelchair. A little far back from the centre of town e.g. pier, shops, etc.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Apartment had cooking utensils, cooker, microwave, glasses, cutlery and a washing machine. Lovely big TV with lots of apps e.g. Netflix and positioned perfectly. Close to West Lawns.

This was a repeat booking, as always the staff were welcoming and professional. My apartment was spotless, stylish marble throughout and a kitchen for self catering. This apartment had a cute balcony looking out on a tree bordered green space. Five minutes walk from the seafront and walking distance from rail station and town.

The curtains were a little thin which, in the summer, let the early light in.

The safe were incredibly friendly and the room very generous with almost a separate room off to the side - a double room. The bathroom was great and the shower, fabulous - great pressure and very responsive temperature control.

If the weather is bad, the stairways could be a little slippy/trippy especially with the dog. There are handrails and slip matts down on all floors and corridors so don't worry, you get used to it! 😂

Reception by the manager and staff was nice. Really love dogs. Took us up to our room and described everything including cut off switches for kitchenette. Room layout was novel and bijou with three bay windows, fully stocked kitchenette and table/chairs for dining. Aircon and radiators. I liked the studio feel of it. Close to everything Eastbourne has to offer. Also lovely and clean.

I know this sounds weird, but there was no cold water, only hot. In kitchen, in bathroom and also the toilet was flushed by hot water. What a waste

It was awkward with chairs at the bottom of the bed and the towel rail in the bathroom too hot and enough room wheni gof out of shower as burned my arm a few times Also it was awkward with the fridge not in the kitchen There also was no storage to put my stuff anywhere and no shelves in bathroom either. Wasn't practical having bed against the wall.

The bed was small- short. My husband is 1.85 and he was struggling. The floors were not very clean. I’m not used to wear shoes in the house/hotel and I had to in this one. The door sound isolation was terrible. I was hearing everything that was happening or discussed in the corridor, as it was whispered in my ears.

That it had a kitchen and other stuff that you may need like Ironing board and iron.

Wi-Fi was non existent in apartment , but wasn’t really an issue .
