You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainOur room overlooked a rear alley and the bins were emptied (or filled?) before 8am. Lots of noisy bottles going in or out.
Welcoming staff and well appointed common areas. Bar open even though we arrived very late so we could get a nightcap. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was excellent with loads of hot water for a relaxing bath. Breakfast was superb. If you stay, make sure you add breakfast. Arrived too late to try the brasserie unfortunately but we will stay again and give it a go. The absolute stand out item.. biscuits on the tea tray in the room. Something corporate owned hotels have decided to cut back on to save money but it makes the experience so much better munching on a ginger and chocolate cookie with your tea.

United KingdomOur room was overlooking an alleyway which housed the back door for some businesses, so was woken up by bottles being emptied etc. I would recommend bringing earplugs in case your room is on this side.
The staff were very friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy.

Comfortable and stylish hotel. Great location. Staff super helpful and friendly. One of our party has mobility issues, the staff were really helpful and worked as a team to make sure they understood her access requirements, mobility scooter, lift, etc. (Hotel is made up of 3 buildings - make sure that you’re clear about any disabled access issues, only one of the buildings has a lift.)

United KingdomI loved the staff at this hotel!! They made it 5 star. I am so bad with names but we were greeted by the lovely Lithuanian lady. She was so welcoming. Then Mary-Ann also is amazing and lovely and even sent back items I left behind, with kindness. The location was superb and we loved our double bedroom. Beautiful cozy decor and big comfy bed! So close to all the fabulous shops, bars and restaurants. We will be back! Thank you to you all for making our stay so special.
