The coffee machine was very slow but really days not impact our stay in any way.

My parents had a couple of issues with the shower door and using the shower.

The check in service went smoothly and felt very secure. Inside the building and our bedroom was very modern and clean. Great communication with the owners. Breakfast was plentiful and a lovely touch with the croissants and pastries in personalised bags.

The bed was not the best and was only 1.40m wide. When I'm abroad, I already have trouble sleeping properly and these circumstances didn't help. All in all, that was a minor gripe.

The location was quite nice, within a few kilometres of the city centre. The neighbourhood itself was reletively quiet, and had an authentic British pub around the corner, with decent food. The building itself was cosy and had a nice atmosphere to it. There's a common room, where breakfast was also served, and the coffee machine makes good coffee. For those travelling with an electric vehicle, there are car chargers just across the street.

No hanging hook for the hand towel near sink in bathroom, no sockets near bed for the phone charger and not enough socket in general, we needed to unplug one thing to plug another, and finally we were left with two dirty cups(dirty as being used and not washed after)

Really lovely B&B. Great location for the city centre, easy to park close for free. Room was brilliant and exceptionally clean. Would stay here again if returning to Cardiff.

We found parking relatively easily in the street nearby, but had to go back and forth with luggage.

Very good self service breakfast, with a good choice of cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries. Good bus links for the city to visit Cardiff Castle and the town centre and Mermaid Quay. This avoids city centre parking charges.

Recommend parking on Partridge as other roads are a little bit dodgy.

Never saw staff, other than maybe the cleaner. Only saw other guests at breakfast in the lovely communual dining space. The place was really nice, tidy, quiet. Breakfast is basic but nice. Croissant, ham and cheese, pastry, cereals, juice - good value for price. No complaints. Don't like comment is just a recommendation.

breakfast hours could be extended for late comers, late risers...after all, we are on vacation :) could the coffee maker also be available all day for the specialty coffee?

really really appreciate the added bonus of the extra morning breakfast. We loved it last time and loved it again. Since we're canadian the exchange rate really hurts us making everything much more expensive therefore every little bit saved helps. thank you for doing that for us. the room was clean. the extras in the rom and the breakfast provided was great. Depending on timing, the breakfast could be extended to maybe 10-11 am for the late risers. otherwise everything was wonderful and I highly reccomend

I feel you let yourselves down by upselling toast and danish pastries as an extra for breakfast. I mean you call your establishment “100 bed and breakfast”. Definitely not a good feel to then ask for an extra £4 pp/per day for toast etc. otherwise good.

The location is a little bit far from centre. There’s no lift so I left my suitcase at the ground floor and fortunately it’s safe.

Bedroom is pretty and clean. Staying in a rooftop room so I can open the window and enjoy the air.

The light and extractor in the bathroom were activated by movement and kept going off or on when I didn’t always want them to!

The check in/out service was great. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Good location easy to get to the city centre.

The only thing that put a slight downer on the stay was the lack of cereals for my 6 yo. She ended up having Nutella and chopped up banana. Weetabix is a good go to. Saying that, I was fine 😆

Lovely room, spacious and welcoming. TV stick very much appreciated with a little one in tow! Good location, easy to get to city centre both on bus and walking. Overall, a good place to stay which I would not hesitate in booking again.

Parking on the road side, not very safe in my opinion.

I really liked the check-in system. Room was lovely, nice shower, good quality mattress, tea/coffee facilities.
